• Hacienda Montecillos - We’ll stop at a 400 hundred year old Hacienda. This amazing construction used to be a pulque factory for centuries, hosting more than 300 hundred families that would live and work at the property.

This is part of the Mexican countryside landscape. A region whose economy was based on maguey (agave), producing not only pulque (a prehispanic drink) but also typical dishes obtained from this amazing plant.

We extend an invitation to you to savour a Mexican rural experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guided by a genuine charro family, this tour includes a visit to a traditional farm, horseback riding, and the sampling of delectable Mexican cuisine. Experience a day that will forever be engraved in your memory!

Founded in 1800, the site you will explore is a bona fide Mexican farm, having been a prized possession of the family for over four decades. Initially, riding was reserved for family members and close friends. However, since 2019 we have opened our farm to guests from around the globe to immerse themselves in this unique experience.
