Opinion on the 7-day pass - I could really enjoy the tours and activities using the 7-day pass. They always contacted me the day before to confirm the activity of the day and give me the details of the meeting point and time.
Initially I chose some overlapping activities and they informed me of the situation and gave me options to better distribute the tours and even offered me other activities as options.
The only problem I had was when I went to Torre Latino and at reception they did not know what to do with my turicard QR, yet after contacting Turicard they were in charge of contacting the place and explaining to the guard how to give me the entrance pass.

Lucha libre with Carlo - I did the lucha libre tour with Carlo and he was amazing, we did so much and he was so knowledgeable about everything. I will recommend him to anyone!

Great way to book tours in Mexico City - Hi Isabel, thank you for helping me with my visit to Mexico City. I managed to use the tree day ticket for 5 excursions. Your personal support was great. You made adjustments few times acording my request and your sugestions were very useful. I had no problems to use my voacher. I liked all tours but the best was the Chapultepec bike ride and the antropology museum and castle visit. I was not too happy with one driver on Capital Bus tour. He kept forgetting to play the commentary in English although I repeatedly reminded him during the drive. Also I was told by one of the assistant on one stop that the bus will stay for 30 min and recommended me to sit on the bench in shade. I followed his instructions but the bus left in few minutes without me. I had to wait for another bus and because of it I did not make it for the start of the other route. They extend my ticket for few hours of the following day but I could not use that extension because of my plans.

A great experience in Tehotihuacan - I personally loved it!!, the process really is not complicated and I think you can obtain many benefits with Turicard, I had the opportunity to experience multiple activities and meet incredible people. They were very attentive and without a doubt I loved seeing Tehotihuacan at dawn

Saved more than they said and had the best experiences of my life - I actually tried it for my friends who are travelers who use tourist passes and the truth is now I'm their fan hahaha. I saved more than what they said and for me that is SOOOOOOO worth it in the world because I want to come to Mexico again to take the 25 activities that I missed from my Turicard ðŸ˜

The best way to get to know Mexico City - The best way to get to know the main activities in Mexico City, you decide the date that best suits your visit and you just have to be in the right place at the right time.
I bought the 3 day pass and my favourite tour was the Teotihuacan tour at sunrise, we enjoyed the pyramids at the perfect time of the day. A great experience.

Value for Money with great options - Excellent product with lots of flexibility on what can be done in Mexico. Prior to traveling to Mexico City i wasn't sure which tours to go on and found that Turicard pass was an excellent choice as it gave me many options by purchasing one single pass. When compared with buying tours separately it was excellent Value for money. So I highly recommend.

Don't buy this - I'd advise buying the tickets to places when you get there rather than buying this, they are not that expensive, I found turicard unreliable and difficult to get the tickets downloaded without a lot of communication with the organisers who couldn't always respond. It's a good idea but in practise not that efficient. Most of the tours were not available that would have made it worth the money

Bad idea, terrible card. - Don't bother buying this card. Just select the activities you want and book them individually. Out of 21 purported activities on the 3 day Turicard, only 3 were actually available to book with the card over a 4 day period of checking. It's honestly a waste of money and a pretty good way to waste your trip. I'd get a refund if i could.
