Great tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. We felt safe and comfortable in all the neighbourhoods we biked in and the street art and murals were even more fascinating with our guide's explanations and backstory. Someone on our tour got a flat tire while we were out and the other guide (there were two in total) rode the bike back to the shop, fixed it up and returned within 10 minutes. This tour was a highlight of our trip to Mexico City and I would highly recommend!

Very family-friendly tour - This tour took us through residential areas and to both some major sights and the more day-to-day vibe places. The guides did a fantastic job making sure that we were protected from any of the traffic, and they had a tandem bike so that my 7-year old who isn't as confident in his solo bike skills could still participate. The food at the end was also great!

Family friendly bike tour! - The street art bike tour was fantastic! We did this with our 2 kids, 10 and 13. They rode on their own bikes and did great. My younger one is a little tentative on riding bikes in busy cities and he did great. The team taking us made sure we were safe at all times. We had 2 'bodyguards' with us and their job was to make sure traffic/cars were stopped when we crossed streets. Our guide did an amazing job explaining all the street art and its significance. The library he took us to was beautiful, we could have spent hours there.

Awesome day with Alberto! - We had an incredible experience with Alberto as our guide! He took us to see some amazing murals and imparted a wealth of information about their history and significance. We also got to enjoy a delicious, authentic taco, which was a highlight of the tour. Communication with the tour operator was great! They provided the exact address and even sent a picture of the store front to ensure we were in the right place. Most importantly, Alberto ensured our safety on the streets throughout the entire tour. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for our well-being made this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend booking this tour!

Street Art Treasures! - Our trip to CDMX was incredible. In addition to the great food, Museums, and Teotihuacan, another fantastic highlight of our visit was experiencing the cities murals with our knowledgeable guide Ivan of Poray Biclaturs. Ivan shared with us many amazing and hidden street art treasures while educating us on the history of murals in the city and the culture. The street art rivals the art in this cities outstanding museums. We highly recommend this experience should you visit Mexico City.

Best way to see colorful mexico city - Juan and team were amazing guides. They kept the group safe on the busy roads of the city and were there to help with any bike issues. The street art they showed us was fantastic - we definitely wouldn't have found it on our own. They also introduced us to tlacoyos - something we hadn't tried before. Highly recommend this tour!

MUST DO! Come for the street art and leave with the CULTURE! - I did this tour with Iván in late May 2024 and it was the highlight of a weekend in Mexico City! To start, the booking said the tour could accommodate up to 10 people and I ended up being the only one there (my wife was too tired from a walking tour the previous day). I had a little difficulty finding the meet-up location but I attribute that to the mapping service I was using and desire to grab a bite to eat from a street vendor on the way there. It would have been helpful to be directed to the “Poray Bikes” sign but I ended up asking the guys outside the shop (one of whom was Iván that did the tour) and it was smooth sailing from there. The helmet that I requested in the booking was provided along with a bottle of water (in the bike basket that was large enough to accommodate other items if needed). When it became clear that I was the only person on the tour I was given the option to go South and check out graffiti style street art in some of the neighborhoods I’d seen the previous day or head North into a few of the neighborhoods that general media typically call out as not “tourist friendly” (Buenavista, Guerra, etc.) to see murals. I chose the North route as CDMX had felt completely safe and figured that they wouldn’t run a tour with bullets whizzing overhead and feel like I made the right decision going a bit off the beaten path because it was INCREDIBLE! First stop was the public library in Buenavista which was very modern and stunning inside. There were also some great city views from the top floor. The rest of the morning was spent cruising through various neighborhoods with copious stops to take in murals, the scale and cultural significance of which my words and photos cannot do justice. Iván provided detailed descriptions of each with a lot insight into why they are such an important medium in Mexican culture. I was awestruck by creativity and skill of the artists and blown away by the fact that most of the work is commissioned by local government because of the cultural significance. We also stopped at a great food stand near Plaza Garibaldi for tasty quesadillas (included in the price) and I went into a nearby C-store to get some beers for us to enjoy with the food. Overall I would rate this as a CAN’T MISS activity and Iván as a top notch tour guide. He speaks multiple languages, his English was impeccable and he showed interest in my (admittedly boring) culture. My only concern before the trip was traffic safety, as it is very hectic in CDMX, but felt completely safe the whole time. I think some of this was helped by the fact that a few main artery roads are partially closed to cars on Sundays. I would absolutely do this tour again and have already recommended it to everyone I know that is planning to visit CDMX. I learned that Iván and his family make painted gourd handicrafts and unfortunately did not have time to track one down for purchase but do think they would make a great souvenir with a story!

Fantastic experience - Iván was excellent at guiding us through traffic calmly and confidently. He was funny, thoughtful, and taught us a lot of extra things about Mexico. It made us feel like he cared more than just getting paid. Would absolutely recommend. We saw tons of art and it was a really fun bike ride.

Went for the street art (amazing!!) but would go again just for the bike ride (so lovely!!) - Wow! That was so much fun! The street art is stunning and abundant. Ivan, Alberto and Timón led us to more locations all over the city than I could have imagined. I took over 70 pictures in the 3 hour tour, all of street art. And Ivan did a great job of giving us information about the neighborhoods, culture, and history as we went. We signed up for the tour because we wanted to see a lot of street art, and bikes seemed an efficient way to do so. We were curious to see how it would be, biking through the dense city that is CDMX. Our guides managed all of it so well. Much of the city has established bike lanes, and where there were not established bike lanes, the guides did a great job of blocking roads so that we could easily cross and stay together. It was indeed a city bike ride, but we were always quite safe. More than safe, the ride was just plain fun. It was a beautiful day and with a breeze in our face and atmosphere all around, we had a blast! I would take the tour again just to go on the bike ride.
