Overall a great two days. - Overall a great experience. The second day with Coyocan, Frida Kahol museum and Xochimilco was outstanding. Guides for this day were excellent (Mario, Yayur(?) and our driver Carlos). Pacing of the day and all of the information they shared were great. First day was with pyramids, and basilica of Guadeloupe. Our guide Alexa was good but not nearly as engaging as the guides the second day. The trip to Rafael’s shop the second day was actually quite enjoyable. Restaurants were fine but I would have preferred more choice. Like free time in Coyocan to eat along with our stop there rather than stopping at the restaurant.

Fun, informative, a lot of walking - Incredible tour by Alan— he’s super knowledgeable, great energy and did a fantastic job keeping the large group together. I’d take a tour with him and Gonzalo any day! Will flag that when when we arrived, Jackie (the other tour guide) was super rude and made us feel unwelcome while we were waiting for the bus.

Great way to learn about Mexico - The first day was incredible. Diana was our tour guide and she did a fantastic job, especially at Teotihuacán. It was a true learning experience for me and the kids! The second day was OK. We spent too long at a silver shop, but the visit to the university murals, Xochimilco, and the Frida Kahlo museum was fun.

Not here to make a purchase - On the first day we visited Teotihuacán, the Plaza of 3 Cultures and the Basilica. Our guide Salvador was so knowledgeable and professional. It made the experience very enjoyable. The second day we went to Xochimilco, Coyoacán and Frida’s house. Héctor and Mario were excellent guides. However on both days there were stops at retailers that took up time that could have been spent at the destinations where we actually wanted to go. I don’t want to be forced to participate in a presentation that feels like we are just being targeted to make a purchase.

Terrible Experience - I don't recommend this company nor this event. The guide took us to a silver jewelry store and we ended up waisting a lot of time there. Then we were not offered food at Xochimilco by the food vendors because this company has an agreement with a restaurant. After Xochimilco we were all very hungry on our way to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we never got to the restaurant, nor to Coyoacan because we were so behind schedule due to the silver jewelry store stop. We were in the bus for about 3 hours stuck in traffic. We arrived near the Frida Kahlo museum very late and all scrambled to get a quick bite to eat nearby. The guide told all of us to meet at the Frida Kahlo museum in 30 minutes. When we all met up at the Frida Kahlo museum the guide told my friend and other group members that their tickets didn't include the Frida Kahlo museum. I went in alone and felt horrible for my friend and the other group members. All were taken by surprise and were extremely upset to realize that their purchase didn't include the Frida Kahlo museum. They had bought their tickets somewhere else, not on tripadvisor. The whole thing felt so awkward and it was so uncomfortable to come out of the museum and see my friend standing outside waiting for me. 💔
