Great tour of authentic Mexico City Veg Eats - Delicious tour. Would recommend for anyone looking to take in true local Mexico City culture as well as taste som delicious food. Bring some walking shoes as it was longer (time and distance-wise) than anticipated.

Excellent trip - 5* food, 5* guide! - We had a wonderful time at our food tour. All of the food we tried was fantastic, and there were so many excellent vegan food options. We particularly liked that it was authentic, local street food. We stayed in Roma Norte, which is very nice but more gentrified, so it was great to go and see some different (i.e. nicer and cheaper!) food places. Sharon, our guide, was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. We were also sent a list of everywhere we went at the end so we could go back and try them again! Thanks for a wonderful tour!

Not to miss vegan and vegetarian food tour - Mena is a wonderful guide who is very plugged in to some amazing vegan and vegetarian spots to eat in Mexico City. We would highly recommend her for this tour. All the food we tasted was not only delicious, but was also beautifully presented.

Great food, Great Locations and Great Information - This was the perfect trip to do on our first day. Mexico City is so big and has so much to see that and this tour provided an invaluable introduction to many different areas I might not have made it to otherwise while we sampled a lot of different great food. The operator Mena was extremely knowledgeable about the food and the city and prioritized taking us to places that were owned or supported by women, locals and indigenous people. There was PLENTY to eat with a variety of stops and my daughter (who is not vegan or vegetarian) was satisfied as well, it is well worth the price.

Highly recommend, even if you’re not a herbivore - I did not know what to expect with this tour.. and was totally blown away. It was the best food I ate in CDMX. Mena was amazing, full of knowledge and humor, and so patient with a large group (there were around 16 of us). Highly, highly recommend

Great walking tour - This is a fun walking tour in the heart of Mexico City. Sharon led us to restaurants and food stands we would have never found on our own. We tried a variety of dishes without worrying whether they used meat, and had more than enough to fill us (we took the final tortas back to our room for later). The pulque and “seafood” were highlights for me. Highly recommended for vegetarians, or anyone curious.

Brilliant - This tour was recommended to me by a family member who also went on the tour, and boy was I glad that we listened. As a vegetarian who eats eggs and dairy, we found this tour excellent. We stopped at placces that we would never have thought to have stopped at or may have not completed believed the vendors. We got to have zuchinni flower sopas, aguas fresca, vegetarian ceviche, to say the least. Its a long all-you-can tour, so come prepared with empty stomachs and comfortable walking shoes as you get a good orientation to parts of CDMX as you go along. Highly recommend this tour and Mena was attentive during the entire trip.

Great tour to experience lots of Mexico City’s best veg eats - This tour was an awesome way to check out lots of the best vegan food CDMX has to offer and to explore the veg community outside of just the Condesa and Roma areas where many of the veg restaurants are. You learn a lot about the city along the way too, as Sharon is a very knowledgeable tour guide. The food was incredible and I would recommend this tour to all!

Not The Best Tour. - We were a bit disappointed in this tour. It started out well enough with some good veggie tacos and the advice to remember it's all you can eat, so pace yourself. With that advice, we were reserved in our eating. The second stop was ice cream. Nothing special. The third stop was closed! Fourth stop was Paxil. This was definitely the best stop of the trip. Outstanding "seafood ". Again, we were advised to not overindulge, as there was lots more food to come. The next stop was just to pick up pre-ordered tortas, which we had been encouraged to split between two or three people. We had no say in the choice of sandwich we were to eat. We were then taken to a churro shop, where we ate our third or half sandwiches and were provided with a selection of not so fresh or tasty churros. It was then that we were told the guide could make up for the closed stop by trying to find us some vegetarian quesadillas or elote, if we felt like continuing the tour. It felt like a half-hearted effort by the guide. At this point, we were over the experience and opted out of the possibility of more food. We were sincerely hoping the tour would provide us with "insider local gems" but all of these places can easily be found by searching the internet or using the "Happy Cow" app.
