Excellent tour - We did the private tour of the museum with Gio and I would highly recommend it. Gio was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the history and taking us through all the various exhibits. She always stopped for our questions and went over all the main important exhibits. I can’t imagine doing this with a guide and Gio was excellent.

All four of us loved this tour! So we each wrote a piece of this review! - Emmanuel was great. There were four of us and he impressed us all. His knowledge of meso America was extensive and he answered all our questions and found objects in the museum that related to our interests• His knowledge and love for this part of the world was so evident. Also he has a delightful personality. His knowledge of the hieroglyphic writing of the meso American cultures added to the depth of the description. Without his guidance the museum would have been far less accessible to us. To see the big picture and articulate it so well, yet be able to answer our random questions in great detail - truly exceptional and astonishing. Thank you Emmanuel! Bravo!

Everything we hoped for and more! - An amazing, insightful and information packed guided tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and taught so much that we would have otherwise missed. It's especially helpful as English speakers because most of the signage is in Spanish. Highly recommend Viator (Amigo) Tours to anyone looking for a guide

visiting the anthropology museum - OUr guide, Hector, was a font of knowledge. He limited our tour to two of the many halls in the anthropology museum. This museum is so vast that it was nice to limit it this way. We were able to see other sections on our own. Hector explained some of the mesoamerican gods and their importance before the spanish conquistadores up until current times. Sometimes it was almost TOO much information...but how do you limit it?
