A fun and informative day out with a great guide. - We had a really great day out with Patto who adjusted the itinerary to suit us. We learnt so much about the history and people of this beautiful city. We thoroughly enjoyed her company.

100% Rock star day of Frida Kahlo, Coyoacan and Xochimilco - Not only is the tour fantastic, and our guide Armando a rock star, Stepping Mexico was great to work with as well. I had a problem with the date (my fault) and they accepted my call and were lovely. On to the tour -- perfect day hitting some Mexico City highlights. Armando is a historian and his wife is a chef, so he was able to cover so many questions we had and make great recommendations as well. 100% would book this all over again!

2 Gringas 2 Days Amo MXC - We did an Architecture Tour with Carlos day 1 and this historic tour with Jaime day 2. Amazing experience. Carlos is so knowledgeable with MXC history and we saw in 1 day from Aztec to 1980’s! Then day 2 with Jaime and we did the triple tour ending with Casa Azul (Frida’s house) highly recommend them both. Will use again and refer all friends coming to MxC

Best day in Mexico City - Absolutely incredible!! Jamie arrived on time in a comfortable car and we were on our way. He was a good driver and gave us lots of info on what we were seeing. At Xochimilco we had a private boat with some amazing tacos made of cactus, cheese, and guacamole. He helped us buy goods, get a mariachi band, and but jewelry. There was no pressure to buy anything. Then we walked around Coyoacan and Jamie took some amazing pictures. After the Frida museum we headed back to the hotel. Best day!!

Fantastic Day Tour - This tour is well worth the money! You will have the opportunity to visit a gorgeous UNESCO World Heritage Site, stroll through the beautifully colored Coyocan markets, and visit the house of one of Mexico’s most loved artists. Request Eduardo as your tour guide. He is kind, accommodating, and a great narrator. He genuinely wants his group to enjoy themselves and learn more about his country.

City tour - Derek was lovely….very accommodating and we really enjoyed the day. Boat trip is fun…take $15 for a song from a full mariachi band! Food stop for lunch was fantastic in the Coyocan market. Having a pre booked time for Fridas house worked well. Lots of traffic around town. Derek’s driving was first rate. Thx!

So happy we did this! - I wanted to surprise my 15 year old daughter with a special day in Mexico City and this personal tour had a little bit of everything. The canal ride, visiting Coyoacan and its local market and finally seeing the Frida Kahlo museum was a great way to spend our day. Our tour guide Jaime was professional, friendly and informative. He took great care of us and we felt relaxed and safe all day. Highly recommend!

The best tour EVER!... - The best tour EVER! Carlos was our guide, and he made the experience absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned, and we felt completely immersed in the culture and energy of Mexico City.
We had the best michelada in Xochimilco while floating along the vibrant canals, surrounded by music, mariachis, and the lively atmosphere—it was such a fun and authentic experience! The tacos we tried were beyond delicious, each bite packed with rich, authentic flavors. My favorite was tacos de suadero—so tender and flavorful! To top it all off, we enjoyed an incredible mezcal tasting near the Frida Kahlo Museum.
Carlos’s knowledge, friendliness, and passion for sharing the city’s history and traditions made the tour truly special. It was the perfect mix of culture, food, and fun, and we can’t wait to do it all over again! Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting CDMX!

Spent a sad day sitting in a hot car breathing in exhaust fumes. - I have taken many trips with Tripadvisor/Viator, this one was probably the worst. This was a $195 private tour per person which promised many things not delivered. Driver was ONE HOUR late. Suppose to be driven in an Air Conditioned car (no AC, windows rolled down to breathe in all the carbon monoxide), no water offered, no historical walking tour of Coyoacan, no Coyoacan Market. The trip included no historical significance of Xochimilco and focused totally on drinking beer on a boat ride. The tour of the Frida Kahlo home was self guided. The entire tour lasted 6 hours. Of the 6 hours, over half was sitting in a hot small car with the windows open breathing in car exhaust fumes. Could have been a great day but sadly it was a waste of money.
