A great way to learn about CDMX on your first trip. - Thank you Eric for such an amazing tour, we learned so much in such a small amount of time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this tour.

The Heart of the City - Visiting Bellas Artes and el Zocalo was an awesome experience. The tour highlighted key architectural buildings and archeology sites in the Historic Center. There are about eight museums to visit! We got stuck in traffic and our tour guide, Joss, went the extra mile and waited for us! Exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the city’s history and was prepared to share additional instructional materials. Her tour made our family’s first day in CdMx extra special.

Beautiful City - This was our first time visit to Mexico City and we were pleasantly surprised by how wrong we were of our impressions of Mexico City. The people are so nice and friendly, the weather was just perfect and the beauty, architecture and history were all wonderful. Huge thank you to our wonderful guide Eric who took us on the downtown walking tour and gave us the history of the city as well as the significance of the beautiful buildings. Being a Filipino it judt astounds me how similar our country’s are being conquered by Spain at almost the same time and same length of time. I highly suggest you book your walking tour and you’ll be lucky to get Eric as your guide.

Good view of central city and historic sights - Guide was friendly and informative. A couple of his speech mannerisms were mildly annoying but the tour was very good on the whole.

Not punctual, almost cancelled. Average tour - I’ve done many walking tours in various cities across the world and my review might be a bit harsh l, but I just don’t want anyone to have to go thru what we did. Let me first start by saying that the meetup spot is in a very busy area (in front of palacio de Bellas artes) with many tour companies starting at the same place. The meetup instructions said that the tour guide would meet us at 10am and would be recognizable by their orange umbrella. We arrived at 9:40am and by 10:20 we did not see anyone that fit the description (no orange umbrella). We even went up to 4-5 other tour companies to make sure they weren’t ours. We called the tour company (which is located in the Phillipines with the people speaking very poor English) and told them that our guide was a no-show and we were about to cancel the trip and get a refund when a random woman came up to us and asked if we were looking for our tour guide….turns out, it was her and she had no orange umbrella. We were upset that she was 20 minutes late and when we asked her where her orange umbrella was, she had no response. The tour itself was just ok. Her English was not great, but luckily we both spoke Spanish and so could interact with her more easily that way. To be honest, there are much better walking tours that you can choose from. In the end because she was 20 mins late for our tour, her next tour was also 20 mins late. Not a great business model for a tour company.

Double booked. Asked for refund for the first booking and got rejected. - I had a disappointing experience with this tour company due to their inflexible schedule and poor communication. They prioritize their convenience over meeting the needs of tourists. I recommend avoiding this company if you have other plans before or after the tour, and be wary of trusting their promises. We initially booked the tour but realized we would miss it, so we notified the operator before the tour started. They assured us that rescheduling was possible, but after that, we received no further communication regarding how to proceed. With only one day left in CDMX, we had to rebook the tour as we didn’t want to miss out. The operator immediately responded but only to request that we move our booking from 10am to 11am, despite the website showing availability for the 10am session. It seemed they wanted to save on costs due to a lack of other bookings at 10am. I was concerned because I had something else planned at 2pm. The operator insisted the tour would end between 1:00-1:15pm and that traffic would be light, so I agreed. However, the tour ended around 1:30pm, and due to heavy traffic, I arrived late after 2pm. When I requested a refund for the first missed tour, the operator falsely claimed the tour guide arrived and I didn’t show up. After I pointed out that I had informed them of my situation and they had promised to reschedule, they then claimed that the issue was with Viator and that a refund was not possible. While the guide provided basic information about key spots in CDMX, most of the time was spent chatting with other tourists rather than offering valuable insights, particularly during the first hour and a half. This tour was advertised as "one of the best," but based on my experience compared to other tours in CDMX, it certainly did not live up to that standard.
