our tour guide was... - our tour guide was awesome and not only kept us entertained all day but gave us a deep inside into Mexican history and culture

Packed day but well timed and great guides - This was a full day, we were with our driver Rafael for a full 12 hours but both him and Carlos were great guides and the amount of time spent at each attraction was very appropriate. They did mix up the timeline a bit from the way this tour was presented but checked with everyone before doing so and the changes made the flow of the day easier. Carlos was an anthropologist so we got a lot of great information about the pyramids and the history of the area and he did it in a fun way presenting the information in both english and spanish for the group. Rafael had incredible patience with the traffic as there were some road closures that day.

Awesome tour - highly recommend - Our tour guide Miguel was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the things we saw and made sure we had everything we need. I really enjoyed the small group size as well. Highly recommend this tour with Miguel.

a good choice - A good choice. Pirice is reasonable and service is great. Would like to recommend to other people to try if they are new to this city. The guide was provided in Englsh and Spanish, but I am fine with it. As a pakaged tour, I did not expect much and my expectaion is filfulled. Fair price and very nice tour guide - All in all it was a really nice tour. A bit different than expected (spending quite some time in a workshop in the beginning, where things are crafted from silver and obsidian and trying different drinks), but it felt really good, not having to organise anything. I was not a big fan of the restaurant where we had lunch (just seemed very touristy and in between quite noisy from a music show). Our guide was super friendly and provided us with a lot of information. I would recommend the tour. For anyone wanting to do it, just remember to take a lot of water and a sunhat as it is a lot of walking in the sun ;) Thank you for the experience!

The archaeological site... - The archaeological site is wonderful to see. More time spent there would be better. Preferably after lunch at a better restaurant. Less time at shops please. Daniel is a good guide.

A Terrible Experience! - Viator did not say where to meet with their person at the meeting point hotel even though we arrived at the meeting point hotel an hour early. Communicating with Viator through Whats App is an asynchronous joke. (And then their text messages are loaded with typos.) Then the tour bus left without us! Bottom line: I will never book another tour through Viator, and I will be requesting that the credit card company I used issue a refund for a service not rendered. Viator is a disaster. I dare them to publish their revue.

Trap for tourists - While all I wanted was to visit the pyramids and the basilica, I felt like I have been dragged on a tour of souvenir shops. A tour that would have normally taken 4 hours, took 8 just because of all the extra places they took us just to squeeze more money out of us. On a good note the tour guide was very funny

Bad, not recommended. Go through uber save and avoid scams - We were late to get to our rendezvous point. The guide offered no alternative solution. We told her that we would go to the pyramids by taxi and then continue the tour with them. They refused, they even denied us to give us the entrance ticket for access
