An unexpected adventure - Visiting La Villa was memorable and we were grateful to have our guides, Emily and Diego, with us. They were sweet, kind, patient, and gave us different options along the way since we had some special circumstances. We got caught in a rainstorm but Diego took one for the team and ran out in the downpour to find us ponchos. He also made sure we had water. Emily helped me make a purchase in the gift shop and educated us along the way. The whole thing ended up to be even more dramatic than I’d hoped!

Basilica tour - This was an amazing tour. Our tour guide Jordi was very polite and informed. We were picked up on time and were catered to all our needs. My mother in law had back problems and was walking slow. Jordi accommodated her and made the experience pleasant. The Basilica is amazing. Highly recommend this tour and company .

Solid and reliable private guided tour - We had a wonderful experience with Omar as our guide from Epic Journey team for the private tour of Guadalupe Basilica. Epic Journey's team was so easy and nice to deal with. Omar was friendly, courteous, and accommodating, making sure our interests were met throughout the tour. His knowledge of the area was impressive and he shared interesting insights that brought the sights to life. The tour was well-paced, and we appreciated the flexibility to ask questions and explore at our own pace. While not overly scripted or flashy, the tour was solid and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Epic Journey/Omar to anyone seeking a reliable and informative experience.

Very good tour and attitude of the guide - Diego had a very good attitude always, made a good tour and explained everything in detail. He also had the willingness to take pictures of us, wait for us to take Mass, accompany us to buy items where they were at a good price and wait for us to make them bless. My family was very happy with the tour.

Excellent!!!! - You absolutely MUST book this tour. Ruben was our guide, and he was so knowledgeable about everything! I booked this at the last-minute but then decided we would get more out of the day if someone explained what we were seeing. There are no signs to provide this information (or at least none in English). My family and I arrived at the Basilica early, attended mass, and then met up with Ruben.

Worth it! - Martin did an outstanding job explaining the sites in the complex in a very comprehensive manner. Although there was a slight confusion with the meet-up, the overall tour experience was amazing. Additionally, Martin was extremely patient with my 82-year-old mom, which was greatly appreciated.
