Wonderful san Miguel de Allende - Robin our guide was excellent. Very friendly all very passionate and knowledgeable about san Miguel de Allende. I've been before but came on a Saturday when it's busier . This time it was a Friday and I preferred it a little quieter . I highly recommend anyone who wants to see more of mexico to take this trip

Very good experience - Excellent guide Anara and driver Pedro. good experience. What they should change on the page is the duration of the excursion since it is not 11 hours.

Cool trip - The tour was cool and awesome. Andi and the driver were the best. She was very descriptive in explaining the history of San Miguel Allende and the driver was careful driving.

SMA was truly magical! - Amazing trip with Adora! She was great at providing historical context, activities and even a photo challenge to keep us all engaged. Her communication was effective in both languages and was very accommodating. The driver didn’t stop or slow down for anything including speed bumps which kept us on schedule but made some of us in very back feel a little sick.

Wonderful Tour Guide - We left very early in the morning in a van with about 12 others. The journey is about four hours and the roads are quite noisy but there is scenery. We made a small stop halfway. When you arrive in San Miguel de Allende there is a small walking tour, down a hill, through the park and into the middle of the city. Once there, everyone is allowed about four hours of free time to explore. When time is up, it’s back to the van for the long trip home. Traffic may be bad so final time may be longer than expected. Good: -Our guide Adara was a wonderful, helpful, and interesting young woman. She did a fantastic job for us along the way. -The van was very comfortable and our driver was great. -San Miguel de Allende is very beautiful and picturesque. There are plenty of shops, the artisanal market and nice architecture. Bad: -The city is very obviously structured towards American tourists. Prices are higher and it feels more like Europe than Mexico. -While free time is great, it would be nice to have a map of must see places rather than wandering around on your own. Our guide was somewhat handicapped by the tour company. Make a plan ahead of time on the bus. -Eight plus hours in a van is a lot. The roads are designed to keep you awake so napping isn’t easy if you’re a light sleeper. Overall: If you want to see San Miguel this tour is a great way to do so. I myself may be biased towards the city but it is a nice trip out of CDMX. I highly recommend the artisanal market for lunch. It’s cheap, delicious and mine was lovingly made by a family. I’ve never had a tour guide I didn’t like, but Adara was among the best. She helped make the trip memorable! Let her explore with us

Uffff 🤤 - San Miguel de Allende in Guanajuato is a colonial gem that captivates with its historic architecture, cobblestone streets and vibrant arts scene. Its bohemian atmosphere and magical sunsets make it a unique destination in Mexico.

Not sure how it is listed in UNESCO heritage site - The trip was at 0600 .The bus /van was tightly packed and had little leg room The tour guides did their best to keep all informed and entertained as it takes 3 hours each way. Once we got to town it was a bit harder for guides to keep track of all. The city walk was difficult due to the stones on streets

Gorgeous Place To Take Pics and Shop! - This colorful town is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and gardens all around. Also has amazing shopping for unique items. Just a few suggestions for our tour guide who was super sweet. Not sure how to spell her name. She took us through a walking tour giving a little history at each destination point which was great. Though she kept going back and forth from english to spanish for every sentence which was hard to follow. Recommend giving the whole speech in english or spanish first, then the other after. Also, she recommended great places to eat which was awesome. But given the limited time, recommend walking tourists to each one or pointing out exactly where they are to save time. Other than that, the tour was great!

Alright - The driver was awful! Drove carelessly. The first stop at Querétaro and took forever for everyone to get back in time. Too many people super packed. Right at San Miguel before tour started another restroom Break with only one restroom for everyone, took long to start the tour.

Great tour , bad transportation. Check the A/C that it works for the entire trip! - The tour of San Miguel de Allende was amazing! However, the shuttle van that we were in had a broken A/C where it didn't reach the last 2 rows and most of the passengers were inconsiderate, where they didn't want to open the window for us to get air with our young kids. So, the 4 hour ride back was horrible. The tour guide apologized, but it wasn't his fault, as he tried. The biggest disappointment was the van itself where it wasn't inspected enough by the company to ensure all passengers had A/C. Therefore, the tour itself was fine, but the ride back brought the bad experience for us and don't think we'll ever use this company as we will choose a private transportation to ensure a good experience. Our kids didn't remember the tour, but the bad ride back. We forgot about the great tour as well. Unfortunately, the bad transportation out weighed the tour.
