Well organised and flexible - Well organised , guide knew his material and there was plenty of time to do my own thing. As I was staying far from the pick up point the company organised a location that was better suited to me

Excellent experience ! - Wow....our experience in this trip was really excellent. All the places that we visited were beautifull, but the most important and make us very satisfied it was our tour guide , Aarón, he explained everything about the places we visited very clear and give us a complete information and vision about the history of those places. Thank you very much ! He make us feel very confortable !

Tasco and Cuernavaca tour - Great tour! Hilarious tour guide Carlos- lots of colorful personal commentary. Feel free to be proactive over what spots you want to see during the tour. Lunch might be on the later side so plan to bring snacks.

Good time, well planned, great attention. - Great trip, fun, secure, informative. If you are into silver, the shop they take you to is amazing. The only thing would be having more lunch options. Would recommend it.

Taxco and Cuernavaca - Long story short - book yourselves 2 days to explore these places and use local transportation, the tour is not worth it. This is advertised as a 10h tour, don't be fooled - we spent an hour picking people up all around CDMX (other tours only offer 1-2 pickup spots, clearly this would be way more efficient), I was the first pickup so I had a 12 hour day! We also waited for 45 mins for late people following our free time, we ended up leaving them thank goodness, but they need to make that call way sooner. They showed up 70 minutes late and somehow arranged a ride home anyways, but we all lost that time and had to travel between cities at night as a result, which is not recommended for security reasons. It seemed like I was the only person who wasn't picked up at my hotel as well which was annoying. I was also the last to be dropped off, even after the tour guide, despite that the driver didn't speak English. I was hoping to be dropped at my hotel but that didn't happen despite everyone else seemingly getting dropped off at theirs. Thank goodness a few people stayed behind or I would have jumped out and cabbed home. This tour is advertised as English, so I'm not sure why the majority of people only spoke Spanish. Other companies separate people by English or Spanish, we had a bilingual tour guide but everyone took twice as long because of this. The one nice thing I had to say was the tour guide was knowledgable and was kind to help people with pictures, etc. Don't buy your silver at the first store, you will have free time to walk around. I had to wait forever for people to be done their shopping there, I should have just gone off on my own at that point to actually allow enough time to see the museums or other points of interest. Hecho a Mano is the only store that seems to have anything different and seems actually handmade. Everything else you will see the same thing over and over, it's a bit odd and hard to believe everything is made in city. Either way, silver is cheap just make sure you look for the markets of authenticity. Cuernavaca in the area we went is beautiful, it's a bit rushed though. Taxco is nice, I ditched the meal in favour of walking around (brought my own food) but with the delays in waiting for people who never showed up that might be hard unless you pack snacks. I felt there was not enough time in Taxco to do anything but walk around the area, since museums and points of interest were a bit far for the time we had. It was a bit too much time in that area as a result. Wish they allowed more time in Cuernavaca or I had known the time we were supposed to leave wasn't going to be honoured, I could have done more besides wait in a bus for 40 minutes doing nothing. I suggest the tour guide gather everyone's numbers before we're given free time so this doesn't happen to other people. Despite the company reaching out in advance (so I know they had our numbers!) it took them forever to reach the people, and they still waited 10-15 minutes after the people didn't pick up before we were allowed to leave. I can't believe how incredibly rude those people were, and while it's not the tour company's fault, reading the reviews this wasn't the first time this happened so they need to have clearer rules about leaving people behind.

An okay experience - The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable, but the tour consisted a lot of shopping at silver stores and we were brought to a specific restaurant for lunch that was expensive and just ok and we had to pay for it. In hindsight we should have said that we will go to another, better restaurant and meet up with the tour after. We also only got 30 mins of free time around Taxco, so it would have been nice to not be brought to all these silver stores and have free time to just explore the town. So overall it was just an average tour because mostly we did some things we would have rather not wasted time on, and instead we could have had free time to do more things we would have liked around the town.

Disappointed with this tour and tour guide - This tour promised so much but delivered very little. I was the only English speaker in our group of 7, the other 6 being native Spanish speakers. Our guide catered to them approx 90% of his time. We were channeled into a huge silver shop, a restaurant for a a la carte lunch and then a church, with less than 40 minutes allowed for shopping. Even tho I paid extra to be dropped back to my hotel, I was dropped a 15 minute walk away at 8.30pm. I cannot recommend this tour.

Beware. Not worth it. - Taxco is a lovely place. However this tour will NOT allow you to see how magical it is. This is one of those tours where they take you to shops to try to sell you merchandise and the tour guides receive commission. The only emblematic spot your visit in Taxco is zocalo. If you want to truly experience Taxco DO NOT take this tour.
