Worth it!!! - We enjoyed our day trip to Cuernavaca and Taxco! It was cool to go see 2 beautiful cities. My mother and I did the Spanish tour with Barbara and the driver, Marco Antonio. His driving was great and she gave us interesting information along the way. We did not do the mines option, that gave us more time to walk around the beautiful streets of Taxco! Entering into shops and eating delicious food. This trip does include quite a bit of walking, so come prepared! The town of Taxco is comprised of cobblestone streets and that might give the uphill streets of San Francisco a run for their money! Towards the end of our time, we had walked in so far and we were tired so we took a taxi to drop us off at the meeting point! Throughout the whole experience, we were greeted with kind faces and had so much fun! Worth the early morning start!

Worth it - Taxco is a charming city, its Parish of Santa Prisca and San Sebastian is a must, with its silver image of the Virgin of Guadeloupe and the opportunity to climb one of its towers and have beautiful views of the city. The Yahir guide very pleasant, pleasant, and with always accurate and timely contributions from each important place visited, gives a lot of value to the experience. The experience of the mine is interesting. The transport can be uncomfortable if you touch it in the back of the bus, because it goes on the wheel and feels very much every bump.Cuernavaca visits the Cathedral which is very beautiful, with its three spaces and its large square.

100/100!!!! - AMAZING!!!! I’ll be honest, I was a bit worry about going to Taxco since I’ve heard so many scary stories in the area. BUT!!!!!! Alexa was super knowledgeable, caring and fun to talk to!!!! It would have been a completely different trip if I would go there by myself since there were so many spots that I didn’t even know about and the place has so much history! I wish I was there a bit longer to explore the area, but made me confident that I will be back and now I know what I want to do next! Good luck getting Alexa as your tour guide but if you did, lucky you! You got the best tour guide😂

Very interesting trip to typical Mexican cities - Very interesting trip to typical Mexican cities. You can skip the mine visit, not that interesting if you ever visited an old mine.

Beautiful view - I actually didn’t know much about the destination, but the experience of walking around the city in Taxco was really amazing. The cityscape was beautiful and picturesque everywhere. If you don't mind climbing higher, I recommend climbing the church tower in your free time to take in the surrounding scenery. The silversmith's shop where I was taken was also very good. I love the accessories I got there because they are of great quality. Our guide Barbara was very friendly and easy to understand.

Beautiful Taxco. - Taxco is defenitely a town worth visit, amazing architecture and many things to see. The guide was very good and everything went well. It can be rather a long bus drive so plan accordingly.

Very good tour. Very bad driver - The mine experience was the most amazing of all the trip. The driver of the bus drove like crazy bypassing cars even when they were a lot of curves ahead. Transportation with this driver was a real nightmare

Super express tour - It is a very express experience, it does not give time to go to a viewpoint in Taxco or see more places. Likewise in cuernavaca is only a quick stop.

Too much waiting for late people - Taxco was beautiful and worth the trip. However, this tour could be improved. There was way too much time waiting for other people on the tour (who were always late!) and we had a traffic jam. As a result it seemed like a lot of time just getting around and waiting. There was almost no time to explore Taxco if you do the mine and spend some time in the silver shop. Lunch was pretty mediocre and we actually had to walk out of our “breakfast” because it was time to resume the tour before the food arrived! My recommendation would be to do a private tour or just go on your own to these places if you feel safe to do so. I wouldn’t recommend this way to see Taxco.
