Amazing experience - We went with Charlie as our tour guide. He did a great job giving explanation of all the sites. We started at the plaza de las tres culturas- so much great info and history. The sites at Teotihuacan were beyond amazing- honestly it was the highlight of our trip. Lunch was included and very much worth it. We ended our visit at the basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe and had plenty of time to check it all out. All in all it was a great trip and Charlie made it a great experience. We did have a trio of cranky ladies who were making things difficult and complaining but Charlie handled everything professionally and honestly did a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic day trip to the city of gods - Eli and Charlie were a fantastic team! We got to learn about the history of Mexico city and about Teotihuacan. Charlie was very knowledgeable and they gave us plenty of time to look around, take pictures and soak in the beauty. The lucn restaurant was fantastic too, we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend this tour.

Papá Tonio is my new FAVORITE Person! - Antonio was such an incredible tour guide. He was so excited to teach us every bit of history that he could pack into the day. His energy was SO high the entire day and he was so fast we could barely keep up 🤣 This tour packed so much into a single day and it is SO worth it. If you’re like me (terribly out of shape and easily burned 😂) prepare for a LOT of walking. Bring a sun hat and wear your sunscreen. Papá Tonio will take care of you. He called us his kids which was the cutest thing ever. I will never forget what an amazing experience he gave us! Also shout out to our wonderful driver Pedro! ❤️

Worthwhile experience. Great tour - Marta was an awesome guide and Eliseo was a great driver. No issues, trip went great. They were total pros and made pick up and drop off easy despite the hundreds of thousands of people gathered in the city center for an election event.

Rosa and Eli made it the BEST! - Aside from getting engaged during this tour... This was pretty awesome! Rosa Maria and Eli were a great team. Rosa was so excited about our engagement and took our picture. She made us feel very special. I'm also pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable. Rosa had a wonderful sense of humor, made everything easy to understand, checked in on us, and chatted with us individually and as a group. She ensured that we had bathroom breaks and rest. She let us know, in detail, every step of the tour. She made wonderful anecdotes about culture and traditions. Eli was a driving rock star, ensuring we made it to our locations or as close as possible on time. I never felt unsafe. Again, happy birthday Eli! While part of me wishes we could have stayed at the Basilica a little longer, I think the timing was perfect. It was a long day. We paid for the lunch to be included, which was good for the price. Overall, this experience was made particularly special because of Rosa and Eli.

You get what you pay for… - The sites for this tour were great. I wish I had gone on my own. The tour was advertised in English and I was 1 of less than a handful of English speakers. It was advertised at 8-9 hours and we clocked in 11 hours total. The pick up site was very unclear and had to call the tour company to make sure we were in the right place. Our tour guide was less than 10 ft away and never bothered to ask if we were with a tour group when we were very obviously waiting. The driver was less than stellar and drove over a bump that sent the last row of the bus flying to ceiling WITH seatbelts on. My neck still hurts…. There were many unnecessary stops at historical sites not included. We also did. To follow the tour itinerary and went to the pyramids first then the basilica. All and any shopping at the sites (other than the one they were very obviously contracted with for overpriced obsidian and silver products) was met with eye rolls and rushing. I also fell very sick after eating at the restaurant that was included in our 3-course lunch and had to consult with a pharmacist at a local drug store on what to do for some relief. Get an Uber and go on your own, I wish I had…
