Breathtaking and adventurous tour - Diego was excellent. The photos of Tolantongo look like the work of photoshop but it is as breathtaking in person. It includes 3 caves for the adventurous and it was a unique experience like no other.

Long day but a definite tour to take - Tour guides Laura and Juan Manuel were fantastic. The bus was comfortable and each stop was very interesting. Really enjoyed the basalt stop, be prepared for walking and heat at pyramids. Basilica was last stop after a very full day. Be prepared for @8 hour day depending on your pick up point. Take a hat, water and wear sunscreen!

Teotihuacan Pyramids - Excellent Tour! Just book it and go have fun! Magnificent shopping around the pyramid. Buy items when you see them, because you will not have time to go back. The restaurant was delicious. Order a la carte and avoid the buffet. Would and will take this tour again. Our guide Manuel was a Brillant, intelligent, kind and informative Rock Star!!

Great experience for first timers! - Guides knew a lot. Very personable and friendly. They didn’t give an option to where to stop and eat. Once at buffet they hardly had food options. Too many people at buffet and seemed not enough food.

Watch out for the SERVICE CHARGE! - My favorite part of this tour was that they picked you up at your hotel. At least they did for us since we stayed close to where they could pick us up. The reason for my three stars is the way the tour guide was annoyed of the side conversations going on while she was trying to talk to us. My mother was having a conversation with a woman in the group and was off to the side and the tour guide was mocking my mother and saying you guys need to stop talking and making hand gestures too. My mother was nowhere near her or speaking loud where it was an interruption to the rest of the group. Whoever was listening to her was close by and most of our group was really admiring the scenery than listening to her really. My mother made a friend and was conversing innocently. Another reason why I am giving three stars, the buffet we went to, our tour guide and the driver left us to fend for ourselves. I wish they were nearby to explain the SERVICE CHARGE (75 pesos) that was included on our checks. This was not explained to us before we went. One of the people in our group got charged 3 times on her card, luckily she checked it before we left the restaurant. The places we went were beautiful and worth our time. The tour guide was explaining a lot of the places or things we were driving by which was really nice in between going from place to place.

Weather didn't help us - In the morning it was fine but after 2:30 pm the water did not let us enjoy the basilica too much rain where we lost contact with the group and then with the Guide there was difficulty because we could not have wifi inside the Church and we had to wait for the rain to lower the intensity to meet the group who had waited for us on the bus still the rest of the return to the meeting point the rain did not stop and we wet impressive

Did the job but would not recommend - My friends and I were a group of 6 adults + 1 toddler. Communication leading up to the tour was poor and my request for a child car seat at the time of booking (many weeks before the actual date) was ignored until the night before the 9 am pick up. In the end we had to make do without a car seat for the toddler. The tour itself was a bit convoluted, organisers didn't really speak English. When we got in the van, the itinerary was only shared in Spanish and when I asked for it to be repeated in english, the guide just said 'later' (but no one ever did!). At the first stop (Tlateloco), the tour guide had such a thick accent that no one in my group understand what was being said. Thankfully he stopped guiding us and the rest of the time we had a lovely older lady who did speak good english. She was great. The lunch stop was horrid and a major tourist trap. Overall, I'm glad we got to see the pyramids but this was not a good tour.
