- Mexico City - The pick-up will be from your hotel or any specified address in Mexico City. The journey to the archaeological site takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Museo de Sitio Teotihuacan - We’ll explore this small museum housing artifacts and remnants discovered in the pyramids. You’ll learn about the history and culture of the Teotihuacan civilization, which thrived from 100 B.C. to 600 A.D. The museum features rooms showcasing numerous pre-Hispanic crafts.
- Teotihuacan Pyramids - During this walking tour along the Avenue of the Dead, we’ll visit the Pyramid of the Sun (the largest), the Pyramid of the Moon, the Quetzalpapalotl Palace, the Temple of the Feathered Conch Shell, the Courtyard of the Jaguars, and the Temple of Quetzalcoatl.

This incredible and enchanting archaeological zone features three stunning pyramids and a small museum. The Pyramid of the Sun is the 8th largest in the world. This ancient city reached its peak between 200 - 400 AD, covering over 2000 acres and housing an estimated 120,000 inhabitants. Teotihuacan was the largest city in Mesoamerica and a crucial hub for trade. Undoubtedly, Teotihuacan exemplifies greatness, intelligent urban planning, and cultural richness.

Recommanded - Jordi was a very good guide for me and my family. He was on time and very polite, he answered to alll our questions . He has very good knowledge about history and speaks both spanish and english. He also provided water and some snaks. We recommend him and epic journey

Amazing and “Epic” experience! - We visited the Teotihuacán Pyramids with Ruben. It was an amazing trip and sight to see. Ruben’s enthusiasm, character, and historical knowledge made the trip that much better. The weather was nice and cool as well. Thank you to Epic Journey for the ease of booking and to Ruben for making our experience extra special!!

Your guide and tour were amazing! - We chose an early tour to avoid the heat but also ended up avoiding the crowds. We were the first people allowed in the site and Omar lead us on an excellent tour that included tons of interesting information. He was very thoughtful and very thorough in his explanations and we would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

A wonderful day visiting the Teotihuacán Pyramids - We had a wonderful time with Epic Journey (Ruben was our driver and guide for the day). It was a great trip (he picked us up at our Airbnb) and we saw the main sights at the pyramids, including the museum. Ruben made it an awesome trip (he knows a lot about Teotihuacan culture and pre-Columbian cultures in general. He took his time to explain things and we learned a lot. I would recommend Epic Journey to anyone, especially if you are hoping to have a more direct tour of the pyramids and most important elements of the culture and ruins.

Great tour of Teotihuacán Pyramids and Museum - Highly Recommend! - We were a group of 6 and had a great time on our trip to the Teotihuacán Pyramids and Museum. Yordi was a great and very knowledgeable tour guide. Yordi and team arrived at our AirBnB on time and transportation to and from the pyramids was seamless. We definitely recommend working with your guide to reserve lunch at one of the local restaurants as well. We ate at La Cueva and loved the food and ambiance. Definitely recommend this private tour for your group of family and friends.

Great and informative tour! - I highly recommend a visit to Teotihuacan. Ruben was our tour guide and he did a wonderful job explaining the extensive history throughout the day. He was on time and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. He answered all of our questions. Overall, a great experience, I recommend this tour if you're thinking about visiting the ruins.

A complete highlight! - Omar was a wonderful travel guide! We went with our toddler and obviously had a lot of stops and starts during our adventure and he was beyond accommodating to our cadence while also making sure the adults got the context, history and background of this beautiful place—answering every single one of our questions. He went back and got the car and picked us up at one end of the pyramids so we didn’t have to walk back and kept us on time for a lunch stop, too. An absolute highlight of our time in Mexico!
