Beautiful Experience - Unforgettable experience for the price. You get picked up and dropped off via car. Our driver picked us up first then 2 others at another hotel. It's about an hour ride each way. When arriving, you start off in the gift shop with one of the workers presenting local resources, follow by taking a few shots of different bottles; including Mezcal. You don't return to the gift shop so buy what you want there before moving on, it will safety be stored in the car you came in. Locals throughout Teotihuacan sell statues, necklaces, shot glasses, etc, just not liquor bottles; in case you would like to hold off on some gift shop purchases and support them. You then take a quick ride to another location where you walk to the pyramids and are introduced to another tour guide that'll show you around and explain certain locations and it's history. Due note, this tour alone is about 2 hours, you don't get to see "all" of Teotihuacan, but you get a very good summary. I recall the tour guide saying it would take like 4 hours I believe, so if you want to see everything you might have to look at another package with more hours. Overall if you just want to dedicate 5 hours to the experience, this package is still worth it in every way. I will definitely return next time I visit Mexico City!

Just do it! Amazing tour! - Susanna was an absolute treasure of a guide! She was very knowledgeable of all things Teotihuacan, and just overall amazing person! The pickup for the tour was very prompt in front of our hotel room, drop off could be a little tricky based on traffic conditions in the afternoon. We were dropped off at the Angel of Independence which worked well for us because we enjoyed walking the city! Overall was an amazing experience!

Great tour overall - Overall happy with this tour. Communication from the start is excellent and driver was on time and efficient. Tour of Teotihuacán itself was with Susana who is terrific. She knows her stuff and the exploration of the site was fun. Incredible history. The deduction of 1 star is for the lunch spot you go to after the tour. Worst food we had during our stay in Mexico City by far. Shame it's part of this package because everything else was good. Still, I would recommend.

Teotihuacan Day Trip! - This was a great tour! It was informative and everyone was very kind. I didn’t realize the tour was also stopping at a gift shop with drinks, and then at a group lunch with a performance. This isn’t my usual tour so it was fun to try something new! Our guide Susannah was very informative and interesting. Highly recommend her! The tour coordinator also took photos which are attached!

Pretty good tour - This tour was fine. The tour company and the guides were all very nice. There was a driver (very good), a greeter, a guide for the actual tour around the ruins. I didn’t like that we were funneled into the gift shop first thing. There isn’t much to see here, and things went by very quickly. For what we got you could hire your own driver and do a self tour. There’s also too many street vendors all throughout the ruins, so you’re constantly hounded to buy cheap junk.

Good, despite delay! - We waited more than an hour past our scheduled pick-up time. Rather than being picked up at 9, we were picked up at 10. We were in communication with the operators via WhatsApp, and the delay just kept getting pushed out. This put us at the pyramids around noon (after the stop for mezcal tasting). This meant lunch wasn’t until about 2:30 pm, and we wondered if our pyramids tour might’ve been cut a bit short (our guide didn’t even walk us over to the patio area with the carvings on the pillars). Even with all of that, we did enjoy the day. The other pair on our tour were delightful and we enjoyed talking to them, our guide at the pyramids was friendly and very kind, and the lunch at the restaurant was all-around very good. The hotel pick-up is a really great convenience, and we hope it's smoother for others than it was for us!
