The explanation will be given by our certified guides in English and Spanish. The walk will last around three hours. We will leave the area. at approximately 12:30 p.m. and the round trip transfers will take the same or less depending on traffic conditions at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the last drop-off point.

Go on this tour - Hermes is an excellent story teller. He gave a friendly and informative tour of Teotihuacan and really knows his stuff. Would recommend visiting a museum or two beforehand to really appreciate his explanations and he brings everything together very nicely.
As it says, no traps or pushes to buy from vendors. However, the shop at the end of the has delicious fruit popsicles.

Very satisfied! - It was a very pleasant and active trip. The views exceeded our expectations. Our guide Ermes was extremely knowledgeable and he shared many interesting facts about the site. He is a very funny and cheerful person, and you are lucky if you have a guide like him. He went above and beyond to provide a substantial and entertaining trip.

Worthwhile Tour - My tour with Hermes was so informative! He is very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions teaching us about the history of the structures. I would recommend you book this tour rather than wander on your own to get the best experience.

This tour was just right! - Great tour! Ivan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he showed us some things that other tours did not have and also the tour was not too long or too short. He also had a book with lots of reference photos for how archaeologists believed the site looked in the past, which was interesting. The van was quite comfortable as well and the driver did a good job.
The only thing I wish I had known beforehand was to bring lots of water!

Highly recommend! - Pick up was on time and the transportation was comfortable..The views throughout the walk were beautiful. Our tour guide Ivan knew the site well, it never felt rushed. We really appreciated that it was just transportation and a tour and we were able to avoid the typical tour add-ons that are usually just tourist traps.

Interesting visit - Very good visit and clear explanations from Guide.
We would only have liked to see the jaguar temple as well.
The group size is perfect too. We were like 10.

Avoid this tour company - They didn't pick me up, no response when contacting them online or via phone. The customer support from viator also couldn't reach them.

Disorganized - Our van didn’t pick us up the first day. We showed up 20 min early and stayed for 1 hour. We contacted the group and Viator both. The group refused to respond to us, but was sending viator messages about looking for us. We were told we’d be refunded. We weren’t. But we booked again thinking we’d get our money back. Second time, they at least send an email telling us what name is on the van the night before. Well, there’s a different name on the van. A man comes up to me, I tell him “lo siento, no hablo bien español.” I understand enough Spanish but don’t speak well. He walks away. 15 minutes later, he goes up to my twin brother and tell him I told him “no” when he talked to me. So we almost missed the van again. It’s a highly busy area, and we asked every van pulling up both days if they were there for us. We get in the van, drive 5 minutes, get in another van, made to switch seats after sitting for 5 more minutes, and then we were placed into a third van when we were all going to the same destination. Ivan, our tour guide was great and this review is no reflection on him, but the poor review is for their disorganization, wasted money, and wasted morning waiting at the first bus stop.
