- Av. Nuevo León 140B - We will get on a Trajinera in which we will tour the Xochimilco canal for two hours while we taste typical dishes with vegan options and we will have courtesy drinks. During the tour we will have a live concert of Mexican music by Triana Gutiérrez, director of the Xochicuicatl choir.

- Tacos al pastor de flor de jamaica - It is a preparation equal to that of the tacos al pastor but without meat, the substitute is the hibiscus flower. Ideal for vegan people.
