Highly Recommend - Gabriel was amazing tour guide! It was a fun tour! If you are on short of time and what to explore Mexico City then I would recommend this tour! It covers mostly everything! Highly recommended!

Great tour of Centro histórico - Amazing time with our guide Victor. Very knowledgeable and give us many valuable tips. I would totally recommend a private tour, as you visit at your own pace and get to discover the amazing Centro histórico of Mexico City.

Rainy walking tour - We were accompanied by Ismail, our tour guide, who was incredibly kind and patient with us. Despite the rain, he didn't let it stop us from exploring some of the available places.

Great tour to learn about Mexico City’s history and culture - Erik our tour guide was friendly and accommodating. He provided us with so much interesting and historical information. The stop at the bakery where we bought some pan dulce was great. Also helping us find bathrooms along the tour was the best, since we have children that constantly had to use the bathroom.

Did not enjoy this tour :( - Our tour guide was not good. It started with him not showing up at the meeting point that was originally assigned. After waiting for him for 10 minutes, he messaged saying original meeting point was not accessible and asked us to meet him somewhere else. That was clearly not true as we were at the original meeting spot and it was completely accessible. After refusing to meet at the different spot, he finally showed up at the original spot.
He never introduced himself and didnt bother to know us or our names. He struggled to keep the tour engaged and interesting. He also had a very thick accent and some speech issues which made it very difficult to understand what he was saying. Overall, we did not enjoy the tour and couldn't wait for it to end.

Terrible - We confirmed the tour the day before. The morning of the tour I let the tour guide know that we had arrived about 30 mins before our 10 AM tour. I then got a message back saying our tour was at 4 pm. Which was incorrect. I sent them the Viator ticket showing 10 am. The tour company director called and said it was Viator's fault and not theirs. He got someone to meet us at 11:30 (so we sat around for 2 hours waiting) which I appreciated him scrambling to do so. He showed up at 11:47 (so 17 minutes late) to start our tour (now we have lost more time) Then our 2 hour walking tour ending at 1:07 pm So not even 1.5 hours. I asked Viator for at least a partial refund and they said no. I am displeased more than words can express that we lost a 1/2 day over this nonsense and no one is taking responsibility. I have never had an experience as poor as this while traveling.
