If you are interested in a Kigali pick-up, please consider reserving a vehicle with us. Here are a few things to keep in mind: Departure time from Kigali to the gorilla parks in Uganda is between 8 am and 12 pm Rwanda Time. Note that Uganda is one hour ahead of Rwanda. The transfer from Kigali, Rwanda to Uganda involves crossing an international border. It is the responsibility of our guests to ensure they have all required visas and other mandatory travel documents. The transport fee includes fuel costs and the driver. Meals are not included. The transport does not cover the cost of gorilla trekking permits. Guests are responsible for arranging the permits, although we can assist in obtaining them for an additional charge.
