Wonderful service - Wonderful service! The driver text as we landed and was promptly waiting for us in baggage claim. The vehicle was very cleaned, the air conditioner was already on blast and he had cold water waiting for us. Will definitely use this service again.

Max is the man to get when in Miami - Max was awesome. His effectiveness in Communications on his arrival and waiting on us to get off the cruise ship. Very friendly and a played the best game of Tetris with our luggage. Max is the best. 6 people and 18 pieces of luggage

Tours by Max exceptional! - We utilized Tours by Max to get us from the hotel to the port for our cruise. Max arrived 10 minutes early, was professional and told us about Miami as we traveled to the port. We would definitely book with him again.

Highly recommend! - This was a very seamless process from Miami airport to our South Beach hotel. MAX w/ Viator was GREAT! - Max was WONDERFUL! He was beyond on time meeting us right at baggage claim. He waited for our bags to start arriving and then went and pulled around the truck. 4 adults & a baby came with a lot of luggage and he safely got all of our belongings packed in. He had cold waters for us and made sure we were comfortable. The ride was smooth & pleasant. With the help of Max we got to our destination on time and with our stress! I would HIGHLY recommend this black car service, especially if you have a big group and lots of items. If you get Max, count yourself lucky!

Prompt and efficient - We used this car transfer service to take us from Miami Cruise Terminal to MIA. At first, we had some difficulty coordinating our pickup with Jorge. But once he located us, he got us to the airport promptly and efficiently. The service was worth it because seven cruise ships all arrived Sunday morning.
