E-Bike was fun until it broke down - A bike rental is a great way to see the town while having the freedom to stop and explore and avoid the spring break traffic. We rented five e-bikes and had a great time until one of them stopped working. I called to ask for help but unfortunately there were not enough people in the shop for someone to come and assist. Being pretty easy going I can understand that but they didn't really have any suggestions either. The bike could not be ridden and thankfully it didn't stop working on one of the many busy roads! I was a good two miles away and ended up having my family ride back to the shop while I pushed my bike back. Once I got back, all tired and sweaty, all I was told was "sorry, email the owner and she'll refund your money." I have since done that twice and haven't heard a peep.
