Great tour, fun experience, excellent value - The whole tour was well organized. The timing was efficient - from the bus to the airboat ride to the wildlife show. Jason was an excellent airboat captain and the overall value was great.

Great short trip to the Everglades from Miami - This was a great excursion that packed a lot into a short amount of time - a little over an hour’s travel each way, straight onto the airboat tour when we arrived, followed by a presentation from an alligator trapper. We then had some time to take photos with baby alligators and visit the gift shop before returning to Miami. It felt like I got the full experience in an afternoon. The bus was very comfortable to ride in - air con and decent leg room - there wasn’t much to see on the journey but the driver/tourguide was warm and friendly and made a few jokes to make everyone feel welcome.

Great Overall experience - German was a very nice tourguide! He explained the schedule multiple times step by step and took care that everyone felt comfortable. The everglades airboat tour was really fun but i would not recommend it for little toddlers as it is really loud. The show afterwards was very informative, but not what I expected. You see some rescued animals, I personally would not have needed the "entertainment" Part of the show, as I do not support the fact of using animals for human entertainment.

Everglades - Great Trip with our driver Santiago . He is Very funny and good person . I was lucky to see 2 alligators . I really recommend.

Terrible experience. We did not get to see the everglades or the alligators. - We scheduled this outing several months in advance, and scheduled our trip around it. The bus was supposed to pick us up from Miami Beach at 2:30. Luckily, we were able to arrive early and speak to the bus manager for 'Big Bus' he informed us that the 2:30 bus did not exist and our best option would be to cancel our trip, and reschedule for the next morning. Due to our flight, this was not an option. We were not able to go that day at 2 o clock because they said the bus was full. On top of that, we spent the next several hours being bothered with customer service issues at Viator. Terrible experience. We did not get to see the everglades or the alligators. I have learned my lesson with Viator. I will never trust them with my trip plans again! I suggest going direct to the vendor for any trip!
