Half day everglades - No problem with boarding the bus-arrived 15 minutes early like recommended. Stopped to pick up another group but that didn't take long. Arrived at the everglades and after a short wait got into the boat. The guide was very informative and funny. We saw 2 (didn't stop for one of them because the tour guide missed it) aligator and a lot of birds. After that we stood in line for 20 minutes too see the show, also very informative and funny. Paid additional 10$ for a picture with a baby aligator. Also saw 2 albino aligators after the show. My friend and I were late for the bus and the driver looked for us and told us we have to go, very nice that they didn't leave without us.

Bus Transportation Pick Up Instructions - Bus pick up was confusing where to go to get pick up had 3 locations and when I text your operator no response no phone number where to get picked up by the bus Need to be more specific instructions if you want to be picked up at Miami Beach wait at this location and specific time

Value for money. Great experience. - Great experience. Bus left on time from the spot easily spottable. Very interesting drivers on bus and airboats. Recommend to go in morning to catch animal sightings. They get lazy by late noon and hide. Get on the bus queue early to avoid getting separated from your partner as late on oarders sit with other single passengers

Great experience ! - The aligators were so cute ! It was pretty hard to see lots of them in wild area, but I could see them in the show. I want to recommend this tour a lot!

Bday trip - Great time got there safe no problems at all was confused to where the buses were after parking in the garage but eventually found bus pick up. German was very professional and appreciate him very much for my birthday

Family airboat at the Everglades. - Fantastic trip to the Everglades. Boat ride was fantastic. Would have liked a little longer at the park to grab souvenirs and a bite to eat and drink. Felt rushed to leave after boat ride and wildlife show which was a shame.

You indeed get to see the... - You indeed get to see the area with very good captains handling this type of boats. You are not guaranteed what would be available to see but this is logical. Facilities at the place not very good. Not very clear instructions of what we will do once there

Bus Man Messes Up the Day - The bus driver was late, making the rest of the experience truncated. It was a bit disappointing. There was clearly no coordination between the bus and tour companies. The release that had to be signed prior to departure was avoidable via email link as I've done on other excusions.

Boring nothing I’d ever... - Boring nothing I’d ever do again ride definitely wasn’t worth it. Only saw like 5 animals just not a good time wasn’t worth the money either

Don't waste your valuable day. - The 2:30 p.m. bus did not pick us up until 4:00 p.m. . When we arrived we only received a 16 minute fan boat ride and saw zero alligators. The ride was supposed to be 90 minutes. The captain of the boat said he had a flight to catch. We were supposed to arrive back by 6:30 p.m. for other plans and were more than an hour late for that as well missing them. The entire day was a waste of our vacation.
