Everglades tour - Our tour guide/driver was great! The boat ride not too impressive. It was an amazing opportunity to hold an alligator.

DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED - The tour bus pickup is for Fontainebleau Hotel according to all the communications from the company (current listed says pick up at hotel). Nope, pick up is across the street from the Fontainebleau Hotel. They are not allowed to enter the property of Fontainebleau. Was never told this and was waiting in the hotel lobby (like most tour pickups are). Got a call from an extremely rude person saying the bus is coming and we had 1 minute to walk down the street to the crosswalk and wait to cross Collin Ave (extremely busy street 6 lane street). There were 8 of us. We said we are on our way and they said they will not wait. I said where we were and she said too bad, you have 1 minute. Two ran ahead and was literally waiting to cross the street when the bus pulled up, stopped for 30 seconds and the pulled away before the two could cross the street. Its over an hour drive to the Everglades from South Beach. Waiting a few minutes would not have delayed the tour at all. We called the customer service number when it opened at 9:30am (our pickup was 8:50am) and the lady was very nice and asked to be given a change to make it right. Since it was Dec 31st, the Everglades were closed on Jan 1 and we were leaving Jan 2. I asked for a refund and she said to send an email. I sent an email and received no response. I followed up and again no response. I called and the no one seems to want to answer their customer service number and the mail box is full. I have disputed with AMEX. Would give minus 5 stars if possible.

A no show - We booked the tour and got confirmed. Unfortunately, the tour operator did not show up. We or Viator could not reach the operator in time to remedy the situation. We could not reschedule the trip to next day because we had to go to next city. The refund was a smooth one.
