2 hours overdue getting back! - The actual tour on the boat was excellent. However the advertisements for this experience said 1-4pm, we FINALLY got back at 6:15pm. Because the driver could not speak English we could not ask him questions! We also detoured to a mall to pick someone up!! I don't think this was all the driver's fault. Your advertisement should say 1-6pm as he kept saying we are on time and did anyone want to be dropped off anywhere?!?! Meanwhile, we were panicking as we had to be to a dinner engagement.
We DID see 2 alligators in the wild... and awesome birds. It is just the to and from traveling that we were not expecting!! Tks

Never again… - The transportation didn’t bring us to the destination. We didn’t do the Everglades. We been stock on the bus for 4.5 hours. And they didn’t want refund us… we will never book with them again and I don’t recommend them

Not what was advertised. Charged a service fee when got to location. Our bus was full so had to wait 1/2 hour for anothe - Our 9:00 bus was full; had to wait for 1/2 hour for another bus which went long way to drop off shoppers. Charged $20 service fee which I wasn’t told about when booking. Then rushed after ride to return. Could stay for presentation.

Never given the tour - We never went. The bus never came. We couldn’t get a refund so we had to stay in the city and do a bus and boat tour instead.

Terrible experience. - It was our worst experience ever in US. We reached the local tour operator office more than an hour before the scheduled departure time. At first they told us that onboarding will start 30min before scheduled departure time, at around 12:30 they collected local service charges from each passenger (2$ each). After collecting the money in currency, they told us that bus is delayed the departure is delayed by 45mins. But after 1:45pm when I enquired about departure, the manager (Antony) told that the trip for the day will not happen and we have to come next day morning!!! It was so irresponsible and unprofessional that they made all customers to wait for more than 2 hours on the curbside. Since my return flight is on next day, I told them that I can't participate in the next day trip and I want my money back. The manager told me to contact Viator for the refund.
Kindly issue my 100% refund ASAP.

HORRIBLE INHUMANE COMPANY, DON'T BOOK - DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Today I went on this fake everglades tour. We departure at 9:25 instead of 9:00. We dropped some people off at a mall what was not communicated. We got pulled over by the police for a violation. That took so much extra time. After the visit at a local boat tour company, we waited to get in the bus to return. There was no communication, after a while we got tired of waiting and asked the driver, why we where not leaving yet. He said that the bus was broken and he could not help us getting back to Miami beach. We called headoffice for a solution. They said that they would send another bus but they where lying. We waited 1,5 hours in the sun, no bus showed up. At the end we all took an uber and paid a lot of money to get back. At the office they told us to fill a complaint form, instead of apologies and a refund for the horrible experience and the uber costs.
They left behind a group of old people and children in the sun and did not care. They really ruined our day
Look for a better organisation with more dignity and pay a higher price for a better experience. It is not worth it
