Definately worth the money, though a little short - A good trip worth the prize. We saw two alligators and had a fun time. Recomend to have long sleeved sweater as the airboat is fast! And put up your long hair. There was little time to walk around on your own, but we were pleased with the tour and ”safari”. There were some alligators in different sizes and other animals to see behind glass f you were not lucky on the ride.

Nice outing! - Nice air conditioned bus ride that took about an hour to our location. Our tour guide for the Everglades was Captain Jack. He was very knowledgeable and appeared to love his job. We saw about 3 alligators in their natural habitat. Only thing I didn't like was they told us to arrive 30 minutes early for our tour. Once we arrived, they told us it will be an hour wait before we leave.

Didn t see wildlife - Very loud short experience. We didn t see any free aligator or turtle. 2 hours driving from Miami and back for nothing.

Bus ride not good - The actual experience is at sawgrass recreational park. If you have a rental car, just Google maps the location and go, don't book this, just drive yourself there. The bus ride was not a tour. The driver hardly said anything at all the air conditioning on the bus did not work well and the bus smelled so badly of exhaust fumes that it made me sick. The airboat tour itself and the exhibits were very fun. We Saw birds and gators then the bus driver headed is is all back on the bus with no time to look around or export or check out the food truck or gift shop. The bus ride was almost an hour each way so we only got 45 minutes or so at the actual location. They need to space the tours farther apart so there is time there. I would defiantly go to the airboats again, but I would not do this bus again if you paid me.

Everglades tour PM - Bus was extremely late booked for 1.00 pm arrived around 2.20 was then taken to the Everglades took around 1.50 minutes due to traffic so by the time we arrived we had a 45 min max boat tour, a quick touch of baby alligator then back on the bus and the gift shop closed at 5.
No time to do anything felt rushed 😞 my advice to the morning tour.

Bus was late so... - Bus was late so everything was shorter and rush. The boat was great experience. Recommend but maybe not by this bus operator.

Not very organized/planning - The actual airboat ride and wildlife sightseeing were great, BUT everything thing else was poorly ran/organized. The transportation was terrible & there were no other amenities. AVOID this company, instead just go directly to the Everglades Wildlife Park for the experience.

Booted from the tour last minute - We arrived at the tourist office after a 5 hour drive, just for them to tell us our tour was overbooked and we were booted, casually asking us if we wanted to come back the next day. We weren’t going to be in Miami the next day. Not professional, not cool.

Horrible experience - Tour operators were the worst. Nasty staff, no AC on a 81 F heat unless called the from the bus to the supervisor.
Will not suggest for anyone.

Poor - It was nice seeing the alligators, I have no complaints that we only saw 4 - 5 given the time of the year. But I have got to say they were 1hr late the journey took 2 hours and we were lied to no visibility over how long it was actually going to be. We spent 30 minutes at most on the boat.
