Just an amazing experience! - Captain Mike was very knowledgeable! He explained everything, answered question. The weather was perfect… we didn’t see any gators 🐊 but we know they were there!

Worth it - Saw some birds but no gators, they do have babies in captivity you can pet after and they’re so cute

Trip was great from start... - Trip was great from start to finish. Derrick was entertaining and knowledgeable on the bus trip. Same for Nick on the animal presentation as well as Captain Disco on the boat tour. We really enjoyed this trip and it was very educational.

Boat ride ok - The airboat trip of 40 minutes was great. Captain Jack stopped to show some wildlife However we were charged an additional $2 plus tax per person national park entrance fee when checking in but the ticket we bought said it included the entry fee. Still had to pay it. Wouldn’t call it a national park was just a wildlife park. Also the website said it starts at 1.00 pm but the tour office said 1.30pm so had extra long wait. The bus was not air conditioned for the 50 minute drive. Booked the English tour but got the Spanish language with English translation by Siri which was laughable as it translated literally from Spanish which often didn’t make sense.

Ok experience - The tour was fine, something to do. Saw parts of a croc. The boat-tour could've been much longer, will probably try another tour next time. But you pay a price for the tour, but then you have to tip the bus driver. And when you get there you have to tip the boat driver - What exactly are you paying for?

VIATOR DIDN’T get my refund.. - It was an awful trip.. the bus was 45 minutes late.. and then when the bus was about to leave the bus was a failure on the breaks we have to wait about 2 hours to get picked up with a Van we were 11 people . So the trip took 7 hours instead of 3:30 hrs .. trip name: Everglades Airboat Safari Adventure with Transportation. Bus company name: MIAMIDOUBLEDECKER.COM.. I didn’t get a refund from VIATOR ..

Horrible, would not recommend - I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately the bus’s AC broke. The driver said it was unlawful to have us ride in those conditions but did not choose to exchange the bus until the tour was over. We had to wait at the location for approx. 90 minutes. Once the replacement arrived it was a double decker bus with limited seating on the bottom. Approx 15 of us had to sit up top in the open air. Mind you, we had a 45 - 60 min travel back on the freeway, with no seat belts. The heat was horrible. Once returned we asked to speak to a supervisor in regards to a refund or partial refund. Got the run around. Anthony the supervisor said there is nothing he can do and gave me a phone number to manager Steve, which was a false/wrong number. No apologies were given. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend using their company to anyone!

Horrible experience - No AC, charges extra once arrival, nothing much to see - I don't generally leave negative reviews and try my best to be understanding as I get it how hard some tour guides go above and beyond to ensure a fun experience for the guests but this is just horrible and a scam. I'm not sure why a site like viator is working with this tour company or even this experience is listed. 1) The AC is not working inside the bus. Imagine sitting inside a bus for over 3 hours round trip in 90-degree weather in Miami. The tour guide acknowledged that this is not a one-time thing rather this bus has been in this condition for a long time. So why are they not fixing it? 2) When we arrived to check in at the counter, they charged me 22$ extra saying that the park entrance fee was not included. However, in the description it clearly says that the park fee is included and no where it mention we have to pay extra. The guy at the counter would not even listen to anything and declined to see my receipt. 3) no English speaker. With due respect to the locals I think in tour like this its important that the guides can communicate or at least try to be understanding. From bus drivers to the folks at the counter or park, they don't speak English. 4) Not sure why this is even called a national park, literally riding through swamps no sights of wildlife and the park is not even well maintained.
