Miami Beach cycle tour - Very slick and informative tour. Damian kept things interesting and prevented lots of stopping by having a speaker, enabling facts on the move!

Miami Beach Art Deco cycling tour. - A Miami beach tour that tells you so much more. Approx. 3 hours of entertainment and education. It’s not only about the magnificent Ocean Drive Art Deco, it’s its history , its preservation, its about the hundreds of other Art Deco buildings, its about Sofi, its the stone crabs, its Verace, its Española Way, its very good. Oh and it’s easy cycling. Give it a go and maybe Damian will tell you why Miami is associated with flamingoes.

A Bike Tour with Damian? Absolutely incredible – a breathtaking journey in your journey - We (young couple) did a bike tour with Damian on November 18, 2023, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions of our trip to Miami! Now, this review might sound overly positive, but I have to say it – this experience was just THAT amazing. After almost a year, I still want to give a rating because the memories are so beautiful. Side effect: I'm even more reflective because I've done 2-3 other bike tours in other countries. At the end I will mention a small point for improvement. I translated my text from german into english for better understanding. First off, organizing it was a breeze – a couple of emails, no stress, no pressure, and I could book through any platform I wanted. Damian was super chill and genuinely seemed more interested in helping us have a good time than making a quick buck. You can tell its not just about money for him – its his passion and his love for Miami that drive him. The great reviews in the internet quickly proved to be true when we took the tour in Miami. He is very talented and very strong in gestures, which helped us to understand the foreign language content even better. We’re from Germany, and let me tell you, we spent hours (and I mean 6+ hours) searching for the perfect bike guide before we travelled to Miami. There are tons of tours out there on platforms like GetYourGuide and TripAdvisor, but none of them had the top-notch reviews that Damian has. The great reviews quickly proved to be true. His website is also very transparent and reputable. So naturally, we went in with super high expectations – and he still managed to blow them out of the water! Seriously, I mean that. Damian welcomed each of us personally, remembered all our names, and really cared about where we were from. He made it clear from the start that he’s all about personal connections. We got top-tier bikes, helmets and free bottled water, and Damian made sure everyone was comfortable. His knowledge of Miami is insane – he doesn’t just show you the sights, he connects everything: from the stunning architecture, to the art and the local culture. He pulls you into different criminal, history and art stories, but in an exciting way. You get a real feel for the city hundrets of years ago and now in the present, and he makes sure to stop at all the most beautiful spots, giving you enough time to snap a perfect photo without feeling rushed. And trust me, with his clever shortcuts, you get the most out of your time. Every second counts with Damian, and it’s all used wisely – after all, time is gold, right? Following was great: He used a digital tablet like a keynote speaker (see in my attached photos), showcasing his own photo collections and tying it all together seamlessly. We didn’t spend the whole tour glued to the screen; it was more like a helpful sidekick that brought the city’s history to life with old photos. Honestly, I think a bunch of passersby were giving us jealous looks, wishing they could hop on this tour too! At the end damian gave us some brilliant recommendations that we could use for the rest of our trip. And this wasn’t one of those tours where you get dragged into random restaurants just so the guide can pocket some commission. Nope, not with Damian! No ads, no shady deals, no restaurant kickbacks – he does it all purely from the heart, out of sheer passion. We were allowed to enter two buildings from the inside, which was of course free of charge. It was about architecture and culture. Throughout the tour, safety was key – Damian had our backs the whole way, keeping an eye on traffic and always making sure we were good. And even when it got a little noisy, he managed to shout out instructions like a pro (my German ears appreciated that!). He answered every single question we had, no matter how silly it might’ve seemed. And guess what? He even told us that he’s still learning and improving his tours! That dedication to continuously getting better – I believe him 100%. Damian doesn’t just take you on a tour – he takes you on a journey. It’s like you’re on a trip within your trip. He gives you the chance to see Miami from a perspective that most tourists never get – like you’re seeing the city through the eyes of a local. If you’re only in Miami for a short time (less than two weeks, like us), this tour is an absolute must. I seriously recommend doing Damian’s tour at the beginning of your holiday trip – it gives you a perfect overview of the city, and afterward, Miami just makes so much more sense. You’ll understand the city on a deeper level and get more out of the rest of your stay. Now, I’m usually the type of person who finds at least one thing to complain about, but with Damian? There’s almost nothing to criticize! Well, except for one small thing… the price. I know, I know – why am I saying this? But honestly, I think it should be higher! Damian puts so much time and effort into each tour, I’m genuinely worried that he might not be doing this in five years if he doesn’t start charging more. Other than that, I’ve got nothing to complain about – and for me, that’s really saying something! Hint: And damian also offers yoga in the park, but we didn't make it, but we've heard very good things about it, too. Best wishes and hope we can visit you in a few years again Julian
