Great 1st time experience in calm water - Great time paddleboarding for the 1st time. Our 13 year old went off quickly by himself. Very safe and the water is very calm

Sister Bday Trip - Had a really great time, but the instructor or tells you. They never go out with you. But overall great time.

Miami Beach paddle board - The guide was super chill. He gave us very quick instructions and then did not walk us down to the floating dock. We paddled for two hours. The guide made sure we had water and did not charge us for it. Fun to do for your first time in miami

Not great - Staff completely uninterested, unfriendly. Also, had to carry + wheel our own kayaks to the water in blistering head, and keep the travel wheels on the kayaks. My kayak also had missing clips, that I only discovered mid session.

Shop closed - I got no information - I booked the SUP for one hour at 9am today. But the shop was closed. I was waiting for over 20min and then went back to my hotel!
I am VERY UPSET!!
I would like at least to get my money (22 Dollar) back !
