Good value 3 combo but poor guide/driver to Everglades - This was a fantastic combo seeing the Everglades and Miami, whilst the content was excellent I did feel that Miami tours.com were very disorganised and they did not appear to know who was going on which trip. They omitted to give us our boat tickets but luckily the bus tour guide was excellent and he sorted this out for us. The boat trip was also excellent with good guides. My only issue or complaint would be the Everglades driver who did not speak a word of English ( on an English speaking trip). He used an auto translate which at times made no sense. The driver spent most of the journey trying to sell trips directly with him at a cheaper rate. He also continually spoke about drugs and alcohol (inappropriate with kids on board) finally he spend what felt like forever begging for tips. Whilst the day was still enjoyable I think the guide was poor and Miami tours.com should hire suitable guides. The hop on bus tour guide was fantastic 5 star as previously stated.

Convenient Miami and Everglades Tour, But Be Long Waits Between City Activities - This combination tour gives you the chance to explore Miami's key highlights in a single day, along with a trip to the Everglades, all without needing to rent a car. However, be prepared for long waits between the City Tour and Bay Cruise—we could have spent more time in Little Havana instead which was a very short time. During this wait, you're placed in a food area with limited options, and unfortunately, we ordered a pizza and found a hair in it...)

Oversold non English - Boat tour to Everglades was best part. Supposed to be in English but only Spanish. On city tour not enough seats upstairs had to sit in non air conditioned downstairs.

Meh - One of the most DISORGANISED toors I had experienced, we were Instructed to be there at 8:00 . The bus did NOT leave until 9:30 for the Everglades , wasted so much time, Yge driver/tour guide then started playing this song with so much PROFANITIES! there were a lot of children in the bus

We were left stranded! - We were the last group off the boat. When we looked for the bus to take us back we were told the last bus was gone and there was none coming. Five of us were stranded. When I asked how we should get back they said I don’t know. Never once did they apologize. Not the way to treat clients! Never again.

Terrible bus ride! - Not a good experience. Bus driver did not speak English and used an AI translator with horrible results. Did not make any sense. Played music and since he didn't know English had lyrics "I fu**Ed your wife." There were children on board! Our seat was broken. Would not recommend. Everglades and cruise in bay were good. Do not recommend the bus ride

Horrible experience - Horrible experience. Outdated bus with no AC, broken seats, terribly noisy, looks as if it just came from a war zone. Additional money charged at the office (tour departure location) prior to the tour, although the full balance for the tour was paid in advance online. I was told at the departure spot that what I originally paid, did not cover Everglades. I am positive 100% that Everglades was included in the price I paid (3 tours in one). Tour guide did not speak English although the tour was advertised as a tour in English. Phone translation into English that he used was bad. He talked more about money and tips than about the sightseeing.

Let down by poor organisation and appalling customer service - Cancelled on the day we were due to go but we were not informed, neither were any of the other guests who waited along with us at the pick up point outside the tour company office for over an hour. The phone number on their door just rang out, nobody answered. When I got through to another number on their website I was told all trips were running, which they clearly were not, and the office would be open at 10am when tours depart. When I advised that my tour was supposed to depart at 0900 I was told to call back the following day. The tour ran the following day so we did it, but now regret it. The individual components are okay but the transportation in between was poorly organised, communication was non existent and there were no tour company staff present to help. We did the bus tour of Miami first and the visit to Little Havana was okay but taken to a bar that charged $15 for a mojito. Then dropped at a pokey little marina (it’s a shed) for lunch where the only options are pizza or sandwiches. Left there for an hour and a quarter before another bus comes to take us to the Bayside for the boat trip. Thanks to the bus running late and the downtown Miami traffic we only just made the boat, which was full already so we had to stand on the open deck in the pouring rain for almost the entire 90 minute trip. Once off the boat we returned to where the bus had dropped us off, as instructed, for another bus to collect us. Waited in the pouring rain for half an hour with no bus or anyone from Miami Tours before one of the group walked off to find someone and came back to say there was a mini bus in a different part of the marina that was there for us but had no name or any form of marking to identify it. Our group made our way over only to find that although there were 10 of us there were only 8 vacant seats left on the bus. We made it on but felt terrible for the poor couple from Portugal who were told to wait in the pouring rain for another bus to come get them - we never saw them again ! The drive to the airboat ride took over 1 hr 45 mins and while the airboat ride was good and the weather did a lot to dampen spirits, it was too little, too late to save what was a pretty miserable day. Viatour should not be promoting this company (Miami Tours) or their trips
