Miami and everglades - The tour was great and a great value. The only issue is the guide’s microphone kept cutting in and out. Other than that, the tour was good and the guides informative.

What a fantastic day!! - What a full day! I booked 3 experiences and they were all amazing! I loved seeing the Everglades with Captain Jimmy and his wealth of knowledge! The bus tour with Pablo was specially tailored to our group - so informative and interesting, delivered with lots of humour! The boat tour at dusk was a wonderful end to the day!

I did the 3 event combo 1 day in the bus. Person on the double-decker never picked us up. When the boat dropped us off. - I did the 3 event combo 1 day in the bus. Person on the double-decker never picked us up. When the boat dropped us off. We were left hanging out real late and I had to call a cab for $53 and spend that along with the rest of the vacation which was $600 for 1 day and one night in Miami, in a cheap motel and pay for the event and I was VIP, I was not happy with the lady. That dropped us off and never came back at night. Like she said she would to pick the crowd up. Everybody was confused and went in different directions. I had to pay for a cab for $53 and would like a refund to my card for that. Because the bus didn't do its job on the last tour. This was on 2/22/25. Reservation 1228207977 Clifton Tunnell . Poor organization and too short Everglades tour - The Como Tour was a total mess. The Everglades Tour came first, since the bus ride there was significantly longer than the round trip on the water, the boat did not even go fast for a short time. Afterwards you drive back to the MiamiTours office and have to go to the counter again. The woman there then booked us on a later city tour, as a result of which the boat trip ultimately took place in the dark. The city tour was totally unspectacular and the stop in Little Havana was longer than the informative drive. In the end, after the boat tour, we were told we would be picked up by the next one, so by the last bus. We waited an hour and there was just no bus coming. Had to organize the return trip to Miami Beach ourselves. Overall a long day with a very bad mood.

A day of chaos - You have to go to the office first thing in the morning to register and pay a 2 $ fee. After the first activity you have to go again to the office to register for the other activities. Very confusing and outside the office, in the street, there was chaos, because nobody knew which bus to take. Very badly organized. We had to wait almost 1,5 h between the Everglades and the city bus tour. The bus tour was a disappointment; we didn’t see any Miami Downtown attractions and it wasn’t a hopp on/off bus. In Little Havanna we had 20 min. to walk around. Trip to Everglades and the boat tour were great (even though the bout tour was in the evening and couldn’t see much of the celebrety houses).

Not as described. Would not buy again - This is a funny 8.30am till 8pm trip. There isn't much history spoken about on the bus tour, they take you to a warehouse with 2 food vans for lunch at 1045 and its expensive and cold. For the boat tour, you arrive at the harbour and do have about 30 mins to be able to grab some food or shopping but this wasn't told to us before we arrived so had already purchased the expensive and cold food. The boat tour only shows millionaire and celebrity homes. Again no history or facts about miami. The airboat trip took 2.5 hours to get to and then we had 30 mins at the venue. Alligators were seen only 3. This wasn't in the everglades national park as advertised but on the outskirts of miami in alligator alley. Overall a disappointing day with unmarked bus which was dirty. Staff were rude and left us off the 3 part of the trip causing a dispute with the driver who was also 30 mins later collecting people. Would not buy again.

Do not buy- waste of money and time - What a 💩 show… i paid $140 for a day filled of headaches. Bus was late to start and then they changed us to do the city tour first. Btw they asked me to pay $5 each person to pick my seats that i never even sat at. Waste of money. Got on the city tour and dropped off for the boat but since they changed our plans they didn’t give us boat receipts and the boat tour people kept saying i lost mine… never got one, smh. Finally got ahold of the office after being hung up on 3 times. After boat ride came the everglades which the bus was behind an hour and a half, got picked up on some small van and arrived there so late they were closed down and only could do a quick boat ride. Pathetic dont purchase this if you read my review

Do not go! - I do not recommend this tour due to several disappointing factors. First, the bus we were in was extremely dirty and smelled heavily of gasoline. It was uncomfortable to ride in, to say the least. The tour only stopped at locations that seemed to be based on a business model – places with their own shops that were mediocre at best. They didn’t take us to any truly interesting or touristy spots, but instead dropped us off for an hour at a port with only two stands selling sandwiches and pizza, which were frankly not good. On the positive side, I’ll admit that there were some fun activities like billiards, which was a nice touch, but the space itself was awful. When I visit Miami, I don’t want to spend time at these kinds of places; I want to see the actual tourist attractions, the beautiful and unique spots. For example, they could have dropped us off at a place like Bayside Mall for a longer period, allowing us to explore more, but instead, we were left with disorganization when it came to boarding the boat. We were told to go to Pier 5, which was massive and crowded with people. Nobody knew where to go, or which boat was ours. It was chaos – half the people didn’t even have a place to sit. In the end, the entire tour felt like just a business model to extract money from tourists, and before leaving the bus, the lady was even asking for tips. So, overall, I would not recommend this tour at all.

They did not pick us up... - They did not pick us up after 2 tours for our Everglades tour. After 30 minutes called said on the way waited 1 1/2 hours. We waited where the driver told us to be we called many times got the run around. There were between 30-40 of us waiting My husband walked and found one of their buses and they took us back to office so we did not get to go to Everglades. We had purchased 6 adult tickets and 2 kids spent a lot of money for nothing. All they would do is on another day but we were leaving the next day. No refund worst tour company ever very disappointed to spend money for nothing
