Good Tour - The cruising portion of the tour was well worth it. The commentator was very entertaining and made it enjoyable. The bus portion was ok but the heat made it a bit unbearable.

Great until it wasn’t …. - Great narration to little Havana; heading to bayside a different tour guide announced on mic disparaging and negative remarks about the “Europeans on the bus before us. Disappointing behavior. Advertised AC on lower deck, but only had a fan; no AC

Horrible communication - Did the bus/cruise tour. Bus tour was just OK. Horrible communication transitioning from one tour to the next. 2nd bus who took us from lunch location to the cruise was too small and left ppl w/out explaining they'd be back and even lied to one woman. There were no announcements no identifying that she was with the tour company. I just happened to be in the right place when she saw my sticker and told me to get on the bus. I went to get my family who had no idea. No regard for safety on the bus, had ppl standing in the isle with nothing to hold onto. When booking the tour, my party was told to stay on the ground floor due to our luggage, guide kept trying to make us go upstairs. Left us at a market w vague directions on where to find the pier. The boat tour company was much better.

Just fans on bottom deck
Barely any seats on bottom deck
Tour guide barely speaks
Its just a drive around the city. Take a hop on hop off or go with Big Bus Tours

terrible tour - the boat cruise I will give 5 out of 10,
- no covering on the boat to shade from sun
- not enough fans
- audio was not the best on boat
Bus tour was absolutely terrible.
- the stops were not the best
- who stops for lunch where there were only two choices (pizza and sandwiches) the location was too isolated
- it looks like the stops were to benefit either the driver or the company, no way was the passengers considered
- the stop at the painted walls - really...I appreciate art, but the stop did not the best
