Almost hitting the tree... - Almost hitting the tree branches on the top of the bus. I’ve enjoyed the tour.

Very good tour but bus was hot. - Our tour guide was exceptional. My elderly friend & I had to sit inside for the duration of the bus tour and had to withstand a terrible cooling system.

Bumpy and hot - The view of Wynwood the Art City, Little Habana, all the Tour by bus was excellent, well narrated, very courteous people. and helpful, but they drop us in a place to have lunch where they only have Pizza and sandwiches, they told us for only 30' and we stay for a an hour, nobody new what will happen next. until a bus show us and told us the cruise will be at 12:30 we almost lost the cruise, and they request tips in the first bus and they want tip and the next bus, and so on. Is okay with tips but just one time not every time they want it. very disappointed.

Not much to boast about - When picking up the boat tickets, I was asked if I wanted to 'buy' the front row seats at the top for $5 each and I bought them. Was given an extra badge listed as VIP. However when the bus came the front 2 rows where already taken. The girl who sold them to me stated that even the 3rd row was VIP !!!! So it's a rip off. With regards to the tour nothing special just stopping where guides have their commission imposing also where to eat.

Memorable city tour - The boat ride was relaxing and informative. The bus tour was laid back and friendly. I was a little surprised that there were so many branches to duck from while riding on the second floor of the double decker bus. The driver promised the bus would run every thirty minutes for the return to the office but it took an hour. After the long tour an hour delay in returning to the hotel was inconvenient and inconsiderate. Some passengers had to get to the airport and one family had an irritated baby. That was the only downside of the experience.

Disappointment - We showed up on time (1300) but weren’t sure if the bus was our bus, no signs or people making announcements. I was charged $32 to reschedule to 1400 tour. Bus AC didn’t work for the first half of the tour and a very annoying beeping sound for the first portion of the tour. Guide was hard to understand throughout the tour. Nobody told us we were on our own after the boat tour. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

The tour bus roof leaked ... - The tour bus roof leaked all through out the tour. The bus needs to be reupholstered and is very old. The tour guide keep reminding everyone about the tip. All in all, it was not a pleasant experiencne.
