Manage time properly for this event - We booked a weekday reservation for 10am. We didn’t leave the dock until 1019. It took approx 20 minutes to get to the jet skis. After that, they got us on the skis and out to play. It was an hour of nothing but jet skiing and a great time. One of the workers came out and took action pictures and videos which was awesome. We finished riding by noon, but had to wait approx 30 minutes for the boat to come back. So we just stood on the barge waiting. There was shade. The ride back was a bit quicker and we were finished by 1pm. If you go, please make sure you don’t have other plans immediately following since the timing didn’t follow the booking. I’m not complaining, it was a great time, but we did have to reschedule our lunch reservations. There is a box on the barge to put your personal belongings. I recommend a towel if you can bring one. And sun screen! We didn’t realize we would be out so long so didn’t bring any to reapply and ended up getting burned. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go again!

Trash 🗑️ - There was no experience they took my payment for the service but the service was not rendered. My appointment time was 12 noon but due to human error I was not put on the schedule. I was then told I can do it at 5pm, which was inconvenient for me. I took a Lyft from Fort Lauderdale for this experience & the way I was spoken to was ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone ‼️

Customer Service is “Gone” - My sister and I was looking forward to riding jet ski’s for the first time as we traveled from Kentucky to vacation and attend a wedding. We paid ahead of time but was told my sisters name was not put on the list at our scheduled time. The owner or manger was not customer service friendly and instead of fixing the issue he offered our money back. I was told I could do it but not my sister! Please make that make sense since it was a gift to her. We are in a city we have never been to before and the best they could do was offer a later time 5 hours later for reschedule. The owner or manager gave my sister a refund on her Lyft that she paid for but I guess he said “deal with it” and didn’t refund me for my Lyft as we met each other there. The first thing you do is apologize for the mistake and he didn’t. That’s all you have to do sometimes and take responsibility but his I DONT CARE attitude made it worse. It wasn’t about the money but the experience.
