The best experience with Jet Skis in Miami - It was our first time in Miami and we describe this unforgettable experience with the Jet Skis. The customer service was very professional. When we arrived at the marina, they treated us very well and gave us all the instructions with many details. I recommend them to everyone. We hope to return and we will certainly do so again with Vivamytravels. Thank you.

Outstanding Performance and experience! - This was my first time on a jet ski. The boat captain and instructor was amazing. He made me feel extremely confident while out on the water. I got to share this experience with the love of my life.

Great Company - Only mirror issue was being informed that we had to take a test and get a temporary boating certificate an hour before our appointment. They were about 10
Minutes late but kept good communication, and everything went great. Very informative, helpful and really nice. It was our first time and they walked us through every step! I will definitely be coming back.

There was no boat tour and the additional fee was another 120 dollars instead of 100th decent rip-off cash and no receipt...

Lack of pressionalism, communication and and increased sense of anxiety - I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Miami jet ski adventure for a jet ski booking. Despite receiving an email outlining the process the night before, upon arrival, there was a complete lack of professionalism and communication about what was expected.
Firstly, there was no clear briefing on what we needed to do. We were abruptly told to go away and fill out a waiver form, which unexpectedly included additional charges and a 20-minute quiz test. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as we were left waiting in the burning sun.
When we finally returned to meet the person supposed to take us on the jet ski ride, they were nowhere to be found, disappearing intermittently. After much confusion and delay, we managed to find them by their boat, only to realize there were no life jackets available on the boat. This was particularly concerning as we cannot swim and are tourists unfamiliar with the area.
At that point, we withdrew from the experience due to the lack of trust and safety concerns. The entire process was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable jet ski experience. They refused to refund our money causing a great concern of how legitimate this company is.

10. "Disrespectful and Deceptive: Avoid This Jet Ski Rental" - I would advise avoiding this company and spending your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being scammed. They seem determined to ruin your experience. I booked a jet ski rental and paid $35 to reserve it, but when I arrived, I was hit with numerous hidden fees. After speaking with David, who claimed to be the manager, he was not only rude in explaining the situation but also canceled my appointment and refused to refund the reservation payment.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! - I had to give a star in order to submit this review because if it was up to me this tour will get NO stars at all!! Terrible experience DO NOT BOOK! I had a family group of 7 and had the most terrifying experience ever! We had to meet in a parking lot where they made us sign waivers for 2 different companies claiming because we had too many people. They started making up rules in order to get more money from my family which was ridiculous!!! My whole day was ruined. The jet skis kept turning off NO GAS! in the middle of the ocean!!! So much more unprofessionalism I can't even explain. This tour has a bunch of disrespectful men that scams tourist thinking they will get away with it which is why I am writing this review with hopes that no one ever have to go through my experience with this tour ever again! Do not book find somewhere else!
