Professional company - Had an absolutely amazing boat tour from start to finish! Everything was coordinated seamlessly. Our captain, a wonderful Italian girl, was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. I booked this tour last minute (1 hour before) after a cancellation of another trip, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I had a bad experience booking a jetski event the day before, but this boat tour restored my faith. Traveling alone, I had my reservations, but trust me, this experience was worth every penny and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for solo travelers and groups alike!

Do not book this company- not reliable or trustworthy - We booked a private tour weeks in advance for a once in a life time special event for a family member. On the day of the tour we got the first text from someone saying they were our captain and that we're expecting rain, can we push the time to 2:30pm. which was later in the day than we had booked. We looked at the forecast and saw that as the day got later that more rain was actually expected not less, so this text didn't feel right. Shortly after we received another text from a different person saying they are our captain, asking us to delay to another time, we replied to this one that "this was a special event that the full day had been booked well in advance with different events and it would be difficult to push the time later". We asked if it was due to the weather and he said the weather was not a problem at all, contradicting what the first person said. They offered to compensate and give us a half hour extra boat time if we changed our booking. We replied again we couldn't do that or accept extra time because of our commitments. He replied ok he would tell the other captain that who was wanting to book the extra time with his clients. We were told it's a go. An hour before the event we get another text with pictures of a much smaller boat and an offer of an extra half hour and $200 less to compensate and was told that the other captain took our boat. $200 less for a boat that costs much less than the $200 to actually rent was not compensation or a discount at all. We were told there was a mix up and another party didn't get a picture of the boat they booked and didn't like the smaller one that came with their booking package but liked ours so their captain agreed to give it to them. The same captain who pretended to be ours in the first text and lied and said it was weather related. Poor customer service! This was devastating to have planned such a perfect day for a special event in advance and that they could just do this without notice. Do not book with this company if you are looking for a reliable service. Any company that has employees that impersonate other people and lie to you are not trustworthy!
