great experience with Sawgrass Mall Shuttle - we bought tickets to go to the sawgrass mall . it is way cheaper to go on the bus rather than the share ride service. very polite and on time. We were able to store our purchases on the bus while we kept shopping. it was awesome. i definitely recommend

Trip to sawgrass mills - Transportation by van. We went at 10 AM and they picked us up at 5 p.m. Very good prices. It's worth going. It takes 3 or 4 full days to explore it. .

Low cost-benefit - The transport is good and really cheap, but it only lasts for a few hours and if it's even 1 minute late they won't wait for you. Choose the company carefully and ask everything before going.

Wouldn't recommend it! - The driver was terrible. He spoke only spanish and was rude and unwilling to assist in anyway. We were supposed to leave from Sawgrass Mills at 17:00 and he didn't event wait for one minute past five. As a result, he left several people behind (luckily not us).

I have never felt so UNSAFE in a transport service. - It was the worst transfer I hired in my life. I felt extremely insecure. The outward transportation was ok, we were 4 passengers, but the driver wouldn't put down his cell phone, and was even warned by a passenger. The main problem was on the way back. This is because the transport was carried out in another vehicle (but with the same driver), in which there were 2 passengers from another transfer section. They smoked electronic cigarettes inside the van, and cursed all the time in English, appearing dissatisfied with the waiting time for the transport service. When starting the return journey, without telling anyone, about half an hour into the journey, the driver changed the route, returning almost 10km to the road we were on. When questioned by another passenger, he was extremely rude, saying he was going the correct way. However, when looking at the map, we were literally on the opposite path. It was scary. Finally, the couple who were smoking inside the van began to curse and threaten the driver, saying they were from Miami and knew the place. The trio (driver and smoking couple) screamed in the van, and we were in the back, watching in disbelief, in that situation. Finally, the driver took a completely different route, heading towards South Beach almost 2 hours after the start of the trip. When we stopped, only the smoking man got out, and the woman remained in the van saying she would call the police to give her money back. We were all very scared. Finally, she came down cursing and threatening everyone. The driver apologized to the passengers who remained, and made up some excuse about the traffic. And he offered to take us to the hotel (instead of the agency). I didn't accept it and went down at the first opportunity, at the agency (which was already completely empty at the time). And I left. I didn't even have the courage to complain at the counter, as the driver followed us the entire time. It was horrible. I will never hire this company again.

Not happy - Company advertises 3 time slots in the app but only has 1 slot at 930 that is fulfilled meanwhile individuals are paying for other slots and losing money please correct this it’s frustrating and not fair to consumers
