Just do it - Was fun, took a boat with a tour of the beautiful homes of celebrities and other people, to get on jetskis in middle of ocean..so much fun !!?

10 out of 10 had a blast - Incredible adventure going out on a JetSki. The water was calm. We spent a full hour on the ski had a blast. The water was hot. It was nothing else you could ask for we actually upgraded and did a whole photo shoot with a professional photographer definitely a must.

Do not book with them! - This company is a SCAM! Do not book!!!!!! They have several policies that they do not state to you in advance. Constantly seeking more and more money. Claiming changes were made to their policies requiring more(mind you it was 5hrs in between each conversation had with these people). Just save yourself and DO NOT BOOK! It’s a hassle trying to get my refund back. I’m going to be reporting them to the BBB as well.

Don’t waste your money - Inaccurate meeting point with no one being there. Service didn’t pickup the phone and when we contacted Viator CSR transferred us to the servicer who hung up on us or no answer. They refused to refund our money.

DONT BOOK SCAM - Don’t book it. will waste your precious vacation time. Showed up yesterday notified the staff I would be late. Arrived on the time I specified and waited over an hour and no Boat. I call them, no problem just a mixup right? Rescheduled for today. Here I am once again at the time I specified I would arrive. Have waited over an hour. And they have stopped answering or returning my calls. In total I have spent 4 hours and $120 in Uber fees. I will be filing a claim with my bank.
