Beautiful Sunset Tour - We live in Miami and had friends visiting from Paris, so we took them on this boat tour. We were welcomed by friendly and professional staff who helped us get on board with a 2 year old. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed the various sights we got to see, the downtown skyline, the many passing super yachts, the cargo ships getting loaded with robotic cranes and of course the mansions. It was a very pleasant experience and look forward to going again when friends visits.

Not worth it! - We made reservations for a 3:00pm departure and the boat did not leave until 3:40. It is kinda ridiculous when you make sure you are on time and the boat isn't. I was disappointed how this was hyped so much about seeing celebrity homes. The houses we did see weren't really that interesting. Also, drinks & snacks were incredibly overpriced. The announcer was excellent!

Let Down - Disappointed. This tour is only 60 minutes, not 90 like it claims. Our guide had a thick accent that was hard for us to understand. My suggestion is to book a tour on a smaller boat so you can go up closer. This tour was not worth it at all.

1st experience was good 2nd experience was not. - I had a good time last year, but this time was not as good. before changed our boat to a smaller boat. While loading on the boat, the worker made us get up to move to another section for another group that wanted our seats, when we were already sitting at this section first.

Bad experience - Thought it would’ve been a relaxing ride with my girlfriend but instead it was stressful people yelling music to loud I couldn’t even have a nice conversation with my girlfriend because of all the noise plus valentine day should’ve been a little more romantic

Good example of horrible tourist experience - Very bad experience! Crew was very rude especially one called Elwyn. Also prices in the Bar were crazy. Two small sauvignon blancs(plastic Boyle) and a bag of chips 53 dollars + tip. I do not recommend!
