Maimi jet skis - We booked a jetski rental with this company and to start off they have the wrong address listed on their website and when we got to the correct spot we were greeted by 2 guys who seemed to have no idea into what they were doing, super super sketchy, our reservation time was 3 and we arrived at 245 and waited for 45 until it was 330 and they said your captain isn't here today. They helped numerous people out who just got their as we have been sitting and asking questions the whole time. The 2 men were eating and watching soccer games while we were right in front of them and waited to find out what we should do. Now waiting on a refund from the company who conveniently is super unresponsive now. A super unprofessional and sketchy company.

horrible - SCAMMERS!! Lied so much so many times, wasn’t on time, tried to say we didn’t pay for 2 hours or two Jesus even showing them my booking, lied to trip advisor saying we ride the Jerald’s when we didn’t to keep our money but luckily they saw through their lies and got us our money back

SCAM DO NOT BOOK - THIS IS A SCAM ! They cancelled our reservation 2 times due to weather. And in their activity description it says that they don’t cancel due to bad weather, but they cancelled it. They also kept delaying it. I talked to the maybe 5-6 different tour operators for a refund and none of them could help me out. None of them even called me back to help out and update me on my refund request they just told me to send an email. I NEVER got a refund and we lost $400. This is the WORST jet ski booking don’t get fooled by the price.

Booking from Hell - Horrible experience! After clarifying several times, it was still booked wrong. The person who assisted with the booking, provided false information. I was very disappointed and loss a lot of money using this third party company.

Horrible customer service experience - There was nothing memorable. The whole thing was cancelled. I am having a hard time getting my refund back after multiple texts and calls rescheduling and then the company in charge of booking canceling my reservation. The customer service experience was horrible. Know one seemed to know anything I want my refund.

Terrible business/experience - I spent $179.00, there were several hidden fees that we were not told about upfront. Bring tourists, we were new and needed time to navigate around. We were at another one of your attractions and they ran behind which caused us to be behind, when we asked for flexibility we were told we had to pay for it, we were willing but then that’s when we learned about a security deposit and gas charge PER jetski when we are a couple. We asked to cancel and was told we could not get any of our money back. The gas charge and security deposit was not mentioned or listed and we only ran behind because we were on the 90 min cruise and instead of starting at 1, they left at 130, which caused us to run behind for the jetski but no one was willing to accommodate. I am actually filing a dispute with my bank. And I will never use your company again nor recommend anyone. It was bad business
