Fantastic sightseeing cruise - Well, luckily I took a snapshot of my reservation as Viator didn't send the voucher to my correct email address. The water taxi people looked up my reservation and confirmed I was booked for their 1:45 PM SIGHTSEEING CRUISE. I would say the lady working on the boat was extremely friendly. She was even dancing to make the trip fun. (don't know her name.) It was good weather so it made for awesome trip.

Very unreliable company! - Very unreliable company! NEVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM! We paid but we were not allowed to board. They said it was overbooked and it was our problem. Unbelievable!
