Good value combo tour - Good fun, great guide who kept us entertained on the boat, explaining who the property owners were. The tour driver had a good knowledge of the area and explained the history well as we visited a number of locations. Overall, very good value for money.

Great tourist.guide and relaxing tour - Jose, the driver and the tourist guide is very nice and very gentleman. Thank you for a relaxing tour. Our family and relatives had so much fun. Thank you for letting us try the Cuban coffee.

Great tour of Miami - The bus tour was fantastic. It covered all of the sights and neighborhoods that we wanted to see. Little Havana was the highlight for us. The food was sensational. On the boat tour, they had everyone seated at the back of the boat facing outward. It felt a nit cramped. We were able to roam the boat which allowed everyone the opportunity to find a spot that better suited. For the areas toured including the boat trip, it was well worth the price.

Like a Personal Tour! - This was the best tour I have ever been on! Not only did it thouroughly cover so many sites but we got to stop and explore most of them. We had over two hours at Little Havana. The Tour guide was awesome, it felt like a personal tour! And it included the Boat tour. Such a good deal!!! If I go to Miami again, I will definitely be taking this tour again!

Enjoyable bus and boat tour - Well organized. Good communication. The bus was nice and comfortable. Departure was on time. We enjoyed the selection of landmarks.

Good value for money. - Best way to see the city, knowledgable driver who took us to all the interesting districts with stop time to look around. The boat trip was a great way to see homes of the superstars, my only criticism was that the boat was extremely busy. All in all, a good day out and we got to see things we wouldn’t know about unless you lived here, even if you know the districts to visit, it’s safer to have a local driver have the stress, the locals drive like lunatics 😂.

Extremely Disappointed – Tour Cancelled Last Minute - I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a city tour with this company well in advance and were genuinely excited to explore the area. However, just ONE HOUR before our scheduled tour, we received a last-minute cancellation notice with no real explanation and no effort to accommodate us on another tour. We had rearranged our entire day around this experience, and their lack of communication and consideration completely ruined our plans. There was no courtesy call, no alternative options provided, and no sense of responsibility. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customers’ time. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and respectful tour experience.

Very Disappointed – Tour Cancelled Last Minute - We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our city tour was cancelled just one hour before it was scheduled to start. We had planned our entire day around this tour and were left scrambling at the last minute with no alternative offered. There was no explanation beyond a generic under sold cancellation text. Communication was poor, and the lack of professionalism really soured our visit. We expected better and would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Buyer Beware- Terrible communication - Buyer beware ! Tour was cancelled with no notification. We waited 40 mins at the meeting point, the whole time trying to call the company. The phone calls all went to voicemail. I also sent messages, emails and texts. Finally I was told 35 mins after the tour was to start, the tour was cancelled due to not getting enough numbers. I am actually an agent and booked it myself. They said they tried to contact me which is not true as I have had my phone on and emails - nothing. In fact I asked while messaging them to call me to sort the problem. Still no word. Opt for a more professional service when in Miami.
