No better deal for a full day experience - This is the best deal going for a full day experience. Enjoyed all parts. Guide was great. Jose was funny and informative

Excellent miami trip - One of the best trips I've ever experienced. This is a must .Tour guide was so friendly and informative. The Art district ,little Havana ,coconut Grove were all amazing to see but the celebrity homes boat tour was exceptional!! Very reasonable priced.

Family tour of Miami - Jose led a great experience, we learned about the history and culture of Miami, additionally the boat cruise guide Veronica was a lot of fun, vicariously taking us to all the rich and famous parties

Good value - Excellent trip with the highlight being visit to little Havana with rough time to eat and drink and the cruise around the bay

Little Havana - We really enjoyed Little Havana and having a key lime tart Party Cake Bakery. This was very relaxing. We didn’t really care for Wynwood. This can replaced with more time at Bayside Market place. Also, it’s not stated that you need to find your own transportation back to your pick up spot in the description of the tour. This would have been 5 stars if we were dropped off at our pick up spot for the tour.

Nice day out - Communication was good after making the booking. We got to the pickup point early but almost missed the bus because it wasn't clear where to wait. The English speaking tour guide was very knowledgable and seemed passionate about her job. Due to the traffic and rush to get to the boat our journey was slightly altered but we managed to see most things. The boat tour wasn't very exciting as it focused on celebrity houses but the guide was very friendly.

Tour not managed well. Sad this is my first time in miami and this thing happened. Sites are awesome and must see - The sites are no issue. Miami is a cool and awesome place to visit specially for first time travellers like us but because of the delay caused by one family in our group, i missed our train and missed our hired vehicle. Tour was supposed to end at 5pm but we ended 6pm. Lunch was 1pm but became 2pm. A couple in our group was also catching a flight. The worst part is the guide did not bother to apologize. It should have been managed better knowing that there are inconsiderate individuals in the group thinking that it is a private tour. Many people in our group was commenting and was anxious already.

Only use if you are happy to hang around for hours for return bus! - Avoid this unless you are interested in hanging around for hours for bus return, the bus trip basically takes you around Miami and calls in places where they try to get you to buy things, Cuban coffee, mojitos and cigars. The guide informs you not to eat in this area from food trucks then takes you in for coffee to a gift shop.they take you to a restaurant in the Bay Area! Trip included a boat ride around the homes of the old stars. When we returned from the boat we found they did not return on time for pickup and we all waited over 1 hour. No apologies , my time on vacation is precious! AVOID it’s just a selling trip.
