Excellent adventure - Seen the gator and the whole trip in the airboats was like being in the TV shows or movies, definitely I will recommend this experience to my friends.

Loud, fast fun - with alligators !! - Exhilarating ride, bit noisy but they provide earplugs. Cap’n Russ was great - knowledgeable and not obnoxious like some guides can be. Was everything we expected it to be. Even the bus ride out was fun: Woo Hoo - fantastico”. as the bus driver said !

Solid trip to the Everglades from Miami - We saw gators, birds, baby birds, the Everglades, and other wildlife as promised. The drive via Bus/van from Miami to the fan boats is about 45-60 minutes one way so make sure you have something to occupy younger kids. Once you get to the fan boat wild life center it was smooth without too much waiting. The show was good and there wasn’t too much down time. Very good time.

Way too expensive for what you get! - Well this was quite a disappointing experience. We booked this trip for 98 dollars per person. This bus trip was good, the bus driver was exellent. But we only got about 25 minutes on the airboat. The driver of the airboat was clearly moody, plus he was driving super fast so it was impossible to see anything. After the airboat we had a poor exhibition with animals living in very small cages. It was all fine, but 98 dollers per person seems way too mush for what this trip offered.

Disappointing - I sent an email to the owner but received no response. This is the gist of what i sent him. My recommendation would be to find another venue on Tamiami trail. They are similarly priced with more to see. Here's the gist of the email I sent: Airboat ride was fun, short but fun. We decided to attend the alligator feeding at 3 and got in just in time to view it, but it was shoulder to shoulder, so we sat in the nosebleeds, second to last row. Almost immediately, a young man, accompanied by his significant other and 2 childrenwho were sitting behind me in the top row, began vaping and blew a huge cloud of smoke, which of course covered me and my children's airspace under that tented area. I attempted to make eye contact with the gentleman to ask that he stop but he refused to look in my direction. My children looked at me as if to say, what the heck? I said ," don't worry, it won't happen again," as it seemed like he understood that we didn't appreciate the smoke/vape. A few seconds later, he did it again. This time, I spoke directly to him and said, "Don't do it again". At this time, he began to reply, "I will do it again and there's nothing you can do to stop me. Yo soy tremendo," (which translates to, 'I am a big problem or I can be a big problem.') At that point, I looked around to see if there was any staff that could assist me in getting this man to stop. I had 7 other people in my party and there was no way for us to relocate. I only saw the presenter who was obviously preoccupied with the alligator. It is at this time, while the young man continued to blow smoke and mouth off to me, quite disrespectfully so, I yelled at him to be quiet (STFU). It caused the show to come to a standstill at which time the presenter effectively defused the situation and got all parties to calm down. Needless to say this put a damper on the trip. My children are asthmatic and the event caused them to have respiratory flare-ups because of the repetitive amount of times this young man continued to purposely blow smoke, and I honestly felt helpless as a mother at that point in time. Regardless, or is just plain rude to do that to someone and I'm glad I put that uneducated person in his place. Obviously I was not dealing with a reasonable individual (typical miami trash), but I really would have liked to be able to have another employee there to address the issue as it happened. I've been to many animal shows before; I even worked for Jungle Island in the past which have several staff on hand during animal encounter shows, albeit it is a larger venue. I just would hate for this to happen to another family. Obviously, I won't be returning to this establishment t again because of the stated reasons. I spent nearly 200 dollars on this trip.
