Excellent Tours - The trip to the Everglades and then the ship on Biscayne Bay were terrific! Both leaders, German and the JB, could not have been nicer and helpful!

The Big Bus Tours - The whole experience was very interesting and the Bus tour around Miami so informative on a 2:20 trip. Then on to Everglades to experience the airboat tour absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this highly.

3 Nice & Fun activities that must be coordinated properly in order to accomplish all in one day. - The activities were fun however Viator needs to emphasize that the customer must personally manage their own event schedule. For instance, the Everglades is the first event which is a half day event we began at 8:30 and returned to the marketplace at 2pm. The Bay cruise was already filled for the day therefore we were only able to reschedule the bay cruise to the next day. Therefore in order to complete all three events on one day requires that you check in with the big bus company asap to obtain the boat tickets and schedule it for the latest force day. The open city bus tour can be taken anytime so that needs to be the last event for your day. The big bus tour company is not affiliated with Viator and will not know your schedule tour or schedule therefore I highly recommend that you check in & obtain all your tickets for the events upon arrival.

Good experience - David was so good driver There were not a lot of Koreans, but it was a very nice tour. It was also a good tour and everyone cares about tourists. It was hard to try to get them to see the crocodile.

Not What We Paid For! - We purchased the "Best of Miami Combo: Everglades, Bay Cruise & Open-top Bus Tour", however, we ONLY saw the Everglades. This excursion says it takes a 45-60 minute bus ride to the Everglades, but we were on the bus for 1 hour and 40 minutes! Not to mention the bus was frigidly cold, and the bus driver did not speak to us the entire time. We learned nothing about Miami. After the Everglades, we were put back on the bus, and driven back to the drop-ff. NO Bay Cruise and NO open-top bus tour? Save yourself money and time and just take an Uber or drive yourself to the Everglades Holiday Park.

No one knew what was going on!! Except one guy at bayside!! We missed our boat. Had to cancel plans for next day to use! - Trip Advisors advice should be more concise!! The staff didn’t inform us of what we should do!! We missed our boat trip!!
