We did the Feline experience and the otter feeding. Our Guide Caro was very knowledgeable and super helpful and happy to answer all our questions and gave us an amazing experience. I would 100% go again, my girlfriend and I had the best time, being so close to the animals, getting to interact with them and see their personalities was incredible. Worth every penny!

I called you guys 3 weeks in advance I was promised to be able to hold a baby tiger I told the person on the phone this was the only reason I was going to come to this place it was a highlight of my life to be able to hold a baby tiger I was told I would be able to bottle feed it I spent over $3,000 preparing for this trip traveled 3,000 miles just to be told once I got here after I spent all that money that it was against the law for them to let me hold a tiger I don't know what kind of place you guys are trying to run what whether or not it's his time some type of scam but I was very very disappointed I spent a lot of money hoping to get a once in a lifetime thing did you guys assured was going to happen this did not happen for that I am very disappointed
