Journey to the bottom of USA - A great trip to the most southern point on continental USA. It is a looonnngggg day but well worth seeing the keys and exploring Key West. Highly recommend making the effort to travel from Miami for the day, especially if short for time. Bus driver was very safe and the tour guide did everything to make sure we all, whatever we chose to do in KW, had a great time.

The price was just for... - The price was just for round bus trip to Key West not including tour fees inside the city. Therefore, other trips like Hop-On-Off trolly is another expense.

Key West is awesome! - This was highlight of our trip to Miami! Loved Key West! We did a bus tour, it was great and visited Heminguay house. The drive was very long, but we are glad that we did it.

Snorkels, Sun, and Surprise Traffic—Still Worth It! - Gray Line Miami Tours provided top-notch service on our Key West day trip. They arranged pickup just a short walk from our hotel—perfect for that early-morning start. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the 3.5-hour journey flew by, especially with a nap! Our guide, Tatiana, added a great touch by sharing fun facts along the way (did you know Key West is closer to Cuba than to mainland Florida?). A quick stop for food and drinks before hitting the island was a thoughtful addition. Those who booked excursions received clear instructions on where to be and when, and the snorkeling tour we joined was excellent—would absolutely book with Fury. Be warned: Key West gets *intensely* hot and humid. Many local shops I visited aren’t air-conditioned, so come prepared to handle the heat. I wish there had been more time to explore—same-day return means you’ll feel the time crunch. Some riders opted to stay overnight and head back later (though an Uber from Key West to Miami could set you back ~ $600–$700!). The only hiccup was on the return when a traffic accident turned our 3.5-hour commute into a 5.5-hour haul. Not the fault of Gray Line, but something travelers should factor in when planning. Overall, Gray Line earns two enthusiastic thumbs up from me for their efficient, friendly service and smooth coordination.

A lovely day out - This is a great trip to take for the day, but it is a long day. It’s about a 3 hour drive to Key West and we were somewhat surprised that if you wanted to sit in the downstairs front of the bus or upstairs, there was an extra $10 per person charge. The trip was smooth and good comentary. Key West is beautiful and very reminiscent of the homes along the east coast of New England. Lots of places to eat and lots of shops selling souvenirs and seaside memorabilia. The Conch trolley tour is worth every penny with great commentary by our driver Kenny.

Just don’t bother. Try another company. - Well, it gets you to Key West and back. Sort of. That’s about all there is that is positive about this company. Communication that they changed our pickup location from our hotel that we gave them during booking to a nearby hotel was poor and the bus left without us though we had been waiting in front of our hotel for 20 minutes. After a $40 cab ride to catch up with the bus at a later stop, we were off to Key West. The enclosed double-decker bus should have afforded great views except that the windows in our section were unsealed and had moisture between the panes of glass, so we saw nothing. Once we took off, the “guide” spent two hours of the three hour trip trying to upsell everyone on the bus into buying additional tours instead of providing any more than a couple cursory remarks on landmarks or history of what we were passing. After our 6-hours of exploring Key West came the interminable return trip where the guide forgot to stop at our stop, so we were left to hike across Miami Beach back to our hotel. All in all, there are other tour companies that can get you to Key West. Maybe try one of them—they couldn’t be worse.

Everything about this was terrible! AWFUL!! - The Key West Express was anything but express!! My hotel pick-up was at 6:30am! I got back to the hotel after 11:15pm. The pick up began with a call from Fundora… she wanted to know if I was coming today. I said “ of course!” She said “ well you’re not here.” I said “ ummm no you’re not here.” Apparently the pick up was across the street and down the street. They didn’t tell me it was across the street because they want to help people cross. Ummm I am a fully capable adult and appreciate clear instructions upfront. But what I appreciate even more is a fully functioning tour vehicle when I’m on a tour! The tour bus stalled constantly. It was horrible! It needed repair while we were at McDonald’s for breakfast. I saw in the reviews the bus broke down in the past, and I was like “ it will absolutely be fixed when I go away!” NOPE!! Reconsider your plans based on this!! We got to Key West after 1pm!! Multiple tours go rescheduled and time got pushed back to accommodate this! Terrible! I had big plans for Sunday and everything was screwed up because of the scheduling with this!!
