A Flavorful Journey Through Little Havana! - The Cultural and Food Walking Tour through Little Havana was amazing! Our guide, Maria Cary, was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the rich history and vibrant culture of both Cuba and this iconic Miami neighborhood. Her deep affection for Little Havana and the Cuban people shone through in every story and fact she shared, making the tour both educational and inspirational. The culinary highlights of the tour were undoubtedly the Cuban sandwich and the yucca. The Cuban sandwich was the best I have ever had – a perfect blend of savory flavors, with tender meat, melted cheese, and pickles all melded together in deliciously toasted bread. The yucca, prepared in a traditional Cuban style, was a delightful surprise. Unlike the typical fried version, this yucca seemed boiled to perfection, tender and flavorful, with a delightful seasoning that left me wanting more. This tour is an absolute must-do in Miami!
